This company isn't Vegan enough for me. Dunkin, Please work on that! Vegan donuts are a thing becoming more AMAZING and more popular. Also Dunkin, PLEASE STOP PUTTING MILK IN YOUR BOTTLED COLD BREW PRODUCTS!!! Me being a lactose intolerant Vegan, I shouldn't have to check the ingredients on a bottle of black cold brewed coffee to ensure it doesn't contain dairy. I'm so glad I check your label! PLEASE FIX THIS! (Your biggest competitor Starbucks has a dairy-free Cold Brew).
Always a friendly person at the window, the lady at the window, was very pleasant, and funny.

Ordered three items. Only got one. Then explained to the cashier. Got one more item but they forgot the third. They get aggravated with me that they messed up and I decide to just leave the drive thru instead. This place is a disaster in every way. From the dilapidated location to the service to the food quality. Stay away
The staff on Freedom Dr and Morehead are amazing! They make my mornings with their positive upbeat attitudes no matter the time of day. I look forward to my morning coffee because of them. I pass several Dunkin's on my way in but they are by far the best.
I am here for a visit passed but w/ some people in the drive way to order : all of our orders from the coffee to the toasted bagels even the hash browns the entire order was delicious ! Thank you to Sabrina we appreciate you . You made our day with the food order and how delicious it was
Early morning when everything is fresh! Amazing coffee and donuts of course. Maybe take some to your job everyone will love you. My favorite is the small munchkins. I also love there hash browns and sausage biscuits.
I frequent this location everyday in route to work at the hospital not far and there is a lady (Okimla) that works here she is amazing and polite thorough and fast my food is always fresh and the coffee is always correct. I love visiting this location. I have so many receipts that i was supposed to do to get the free donut within three days some are overdo but im still going to complete them anyway. I want to thank Ms. Okimla for making my experience GREAT.!!!!!!
