Can you guys please get the light skinned girl with the scowl that took over today at 7:15am off the drive thru window? I have never met anyone with ZERO customer service skills. She doesn’t ever say anything when you pull up not “how you’re doing” no “it’s this much” or tell you how much it is - just sticks her hand out for your money or card and never says thank you at all. She hands your food back to you with out saying anything and doesn’t even say good bye or have a nice day. But she does speak to her co workers so I know she’s not mute. She has done that the past few times when I pull up so I’m going to stop going there. I thought she first did it the first time I saw her because she was new and nervous, but she’s done it past few times - so it’s just how she is. Everyone else there is amazing. The guys are super cheerful and friendly - the awesome ladies with the colored hair are all nice. Except her. Please have her do storage or stocking - because she has horrible horrible customer service skills like zero. This is a service industry and she is at the fore front of your store and reputation, please have a chat with the lady. Thanks so much - love all you guys there except her, she is so cold and rude and no manners!
It's a shame that I ordered 2 strawberry icing with sprinkles in my assortment and this is what they give to you.. lol what a nightmare, like their customer service ?
Out of condiments, very limited on most items, dirty inside. Not up to standard for most Dunkin'. The lady who waited on me was very nice and pleasant attitude.
Demontray!! That’s his name and please Dunkin’ please give this young man credit. He’s working hard and makes customers feel special. He was so warm and made our day even sweeter. This Dunkin’ is pretty clean, right next to Midtown park so you can grab a coffee on a beautiful day. It will do the job when needing a quick snack.
Pretty slow drive thru but the staff is so nice it’s worth it. Never had an order be wrong always a pleasant experience. It’s my dogs favorite place because the employees give her munchkins and get so excited to see her. Even one young lady working took her own money to buy my dog a pup cup once. We love this Dunkin!!!
They ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER and the worst part is that they are the closest one to me, every time i make a simple caramel coffee order, they mess it up!! HOW? Even the little paper on the side says 4 caramel swirls!!! All i know is I’m NEVER GOING BACK HERE!
Stood at the register 5 minutes and couldn’t get help, let alone a hello from anyone. This is with 2 employees standing in front facing me. One who was facing me but turned her back to start preparing an order. And a 4th walking by to assist another employee already assisting a family getting ice cream.
Fast and friendly. Every worker I encountered there were great. Anna was my cashier at the time when I had a question about the Iced coffees and Lattes. She was so sweet and helpful. I am a regular there probably 3 times out of the week mostly weekends. I am usually in and out within a couple of minutes even though its a busy location:)
Went through the drive through, it was relatively quick. Sometimes they get my order wrong though. Nice none the less!
I ordered 2 large caramel craze when I was handed my cup I noticed that it felt so light I opened the lid and realized it was fild half way and I wasn't given any Carmel or whipped cream when I asked the cashier he said he would ask they came back not adding more coffee but instead adding whipped cream will not be going back.
