Loved this place! Casual bar-style atmosphere, but the menu as so good and each item we ordered was so good. Great service. Attentive staff and manager. Great value for money. Would definitely go there again if looking fir a very casual evening.
Give it a 5 star cause the customer service was on point . I loved the service food was good. Would recommend people to try out. Only water and Dr pepper for a drink with nachos , wings and quesadilla
Fun vibe with a great craft cocktail menu. The ribeye was perfection! Excellent selection of small plates, as well. I'm not a beer drinker, but looked like a beer drinkers paradise.
I got the ribeye, topped with Scallops. We ordered so much during our trip, and everything was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was awesome. The whole trip was awesome. Will be back for sure.
The environment was really cool, but the AC was out. Our waitress was freaking awesome!!!! Great recommendations, was truthful about a dish that wasn't her favorite and steered us to a better dish! However the food was just okay. We ordered a charcuterie board which was a complete joke. $25 for 3 slices of meat and 2 slices of cheese. Overall the food was just overpriced for what it was. Overall we were just disappointed in the restaurant. Our waitress made it the best experience it could be! She truly was phenomenal!
Pricey, but good! ? I ain't rich! My daughter in school wanted me to check this underground restaurant out.
Great server with wonderful, fun attitude but poor service and horrible food...My first time coming to this location, I was looking forward to it! I was disappointed when I couldn't get cellar seating, but excited when they sat me right away on the main floor... I've enjoyed all 3 of the Duckworth restaurants I've been to, up to that night. Additionally, I understand many service based businesses are suffering due to staff shortages... so I anticipated the wait.Great server but not enough to cover the lack of follow through and poor kitchen service. It was just a burger. I've had better at lesser chains. The manager comped the meal and offered a replacement, which was nice, but ultimately didn't satisfy the night's events.I don't think I'll be back to that location...
I would give zero stars if I could. Granted, there was a soccer game, so they were obviously understaffed and overrun, and also. Why not just schedule staff around local events? This was not unpredictable. We waited for a very long time for dinner, but the problem really started when I asked for the carry out special. Two growlers for $25. They wouldn't let me taste multiple beers for free in order to make a decision. Ok, maybe the custom is different there. Fine. Getting the tastes took forever. The easiest kept forgetting to come back to the table. THEN we got the check and the growlers but the pizza order never went in. THEN the pizzas are ready but they bring them out to serve at the table. Once everything is boxed and I am finally headed home, THE GROWLERS BROKE IN THE CAR. Incompetence at every level. Never going back.
Now, I waited a hot minute for my food BUT these were literally the BEST RIBS EVER!!! Good things DO come to those who wait ?. The cauliflower and broccoli side was phenomenal. Finally (but not least), Danielle our server was excellent! She was attentive, checked on us as we waited, and was just downright pleasant! Thanks Danielle! Thanks Duckworth’s Charlotte! ??
My wife and I had dinner at Duckworth's. The staff was attentive and friendly. The smokehouse philly sandwich was the best philly sandwich I have ever had. I would recommend it as a place to go for food with an extensive beer selection.
