Just bought $100 worth of food for it to be barely warm some of it was cold especially the tenders. My husband has the fried oysters that were burnt to a crisp. Definitely not coming back.
THE LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE IS NOT REAL LOBSTER!!!! it is 100% imitation crab. After bringing this up to the chef/manager, he refused to issue a refund and denied that it was imitation. I took the rest of my food home and washed off a piece of "lobster" and it 100% revealed that it was in fact imitation meat. SEE PHOTOS! This place is false advertising and can/SHOULD be sued for labeling an item as something it is not. Lastly, after looking further into their reviews on yelp, 4 other people pointed out that the "lobster" mac & cheese was NOT lobster AT ALL!
The food was delicious. The wings are cooked done. The lobster-mac was amazing, and has great seasoning
I've been following this restaurant for some time now, and finally got a chance to try them, after flying into Charlotte. Off the bat, customer service was definitely flawed, but I decided to give it a try anyway... Everything sounded so good, but I played it safe and went with what I knew. I tried the wing combo and it was really good. From the sauce of the wings, the crispiness, and the hot crinkle cut fries--- I killed that plate within minutes. I don't know if I was that hungry after my flight or the food was really that freaking good, but it didn't last. I hope the next time I visit, the people are more friendly and provide better service, but can't wait to give everything else a try.
Today 04232022 was my first time eating here. Someone told me the food was good. I just love lobster Mac n cheese and was told they had it. So here is my review. Yummm yummmm yummmmm. A little heavy on the fish seasoning, but overall I enjoyed it!!!!!
My first visit was today. I placed my order online at 2:33 PM. I received my food at 3:43 PM. RIDICULOUS. Three walk-ins after I arrived and they received their order before me. Make this make sense. Customer service Is to be expected in any business. I ordered 10 wings, lobster mac, squash/zucchini and strawberry banana pudding. While the wings were flavorful, the order was wrong. I just refused to wait any longer. The lobster max was good. Don’t expect real lobster even though they charge you over $15 for a side. The zucchini/squash was good. The strawberry banana pudding had a drizzle of strawberry on the top and 1/4 of one strawberry inside. Over $50 for this is a little pricey but overall the food was good. Haven’t decided if I would return. I’m big on customer service.
First time visiting Charlotte. Looking for some good food that would satisfy myself and my sweetie. Found Cuzzo's after we couldn't get the parking lot of another restaurant. So we googled for restaurants near me and decided on Cuzzo's, such a great choice. I ordered fish & grits a veggie plate. My sweetie ordered chicken wings with lobster mac & cheese, red beans rice shareable plate or enough to eat for at least 2 or 3 days. Loved it will be back.
I would actually give zero stars if possible. I placed an order, with this restaurant at a cost over sixty dollars. I ordered 2 chicken and red velvet waffle meals with two sides of lobster Mac and cheese. The disappointment I just experienced after my husband returned with the meals. I was told cream cheese, strawberries and powdered sugar came on top. I requested no powdered sugar on both. What I got was hardly any cream cheese on top of a dry waffle. 4 extremely dry Drumette wings with some Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top. The Lobster Mac that cost 15 each, was missing the lobster. I’m a fairly new customer to your establishment; as I visited your other location once Prior. So I was excited to know that you were bringing a new location a little more convenient, and to have that same experience with your food again I was over joyed. But if this is the type of service that’s being rendered, let’s just say, disappointment was an understatement. I honestly do believe it’s possible for this location to come to par as your other location, not sure what will have to take place for this to happen, Just hope that it does.
Everything was excellent!!! Loved absolutely everything we ate and drank! They were our 1st stop after landing in Charlotte, NC. Got in more than one visit to Cuzzos though.
Good Food. Good Service. The pricing has gone up over the last few years and of course during Quarantine and the Food quality has gone down a tad as well. Shrimp had a slight old grease taste and were overcooked theist time I was there. They also lacked the flavor they used to have. Still overall good food but at the point where it's borderline not worth the price. CuMelon still is AWESOME!
