Been coming here for many years, the lady at counter changed and was very rude. My wife took the wrong order and she got mad at her for a small mistake my wife made. Terrible service and food isn’t that good like it used to be. The place used to be great but now it’s terrible.
We had veg puff, egg puff, samosas and tea!! Everything was great in taste!! Must try for everyone missing indian snacks!!They have a wide variety of cakes and pastries too!!
Happened to see this while on a long drive and decided to try it out. I'm glad we did! I got the Malai Kofta and it was incredible. The employees were polite and quick too.
My common place whenever I am in Concord / CLT area. The service is quick and food is very delicious. It is disheartening to see so many bad reviews for minor things, but having been to this place for 10+ times, I highly recommend you to try this place out if you love authentic South Indian food. Lastly, the tres leches is a must!
This is best place to enjoy Indian food in Charlotte area.
Went to dine in on Tuesday (2/15) lady told me kitchen is closed at 7:32 pm!!! Google and other places including them last time couple of days ago confirmed 9:30 pm is the correct closing time! Lol clowns
We ordered our food and they said 40 min wait which was fine. However after an hour when we went there to pick our food it was still not ready .. such a pathetic service and they still don’t have a decency to apologize for it… worst service. When we went back home food was not what we ordered and had to go all the way back to return the food and they did refund for 2 items but when we return the food we didn’t ordered .. that guy didn’t have naan back… however it was our anniversary and they made sure to make it worst ..Never going back againNever had this kind of incidence before and this was bad.
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICEI ordered chicken 65 biriyani and I was told that it would take around 1 hour and when I went there after around 90 minutes or so to pick up my food, I was told that the dish was not available. The guy told me that he had called me to inform about it but when I told him that I didn't get any call, he said he might have not called. I tried this restaurant few times in the past and the quality of food was sub standard and I still decided to give it a another shot. NEVER AGAIN. I DON'T recommend this place at all.
Happened this couple of times. Ordered a plate of idly which is not cooked properly and definitely not edible. Request the management to see into this and make sure not to repeat in future. Seriously not a happy customer.-- Update: With respect to restaurant's response:I was not late that day. From my order and payment history I have placed the order at 8.26 PM and I paid and collected the order at 9.01 PM ET.
Great tasting fresh food, choose mild spice levels if you're unsure, Bakery items specially the mango pastry are great!
