I couldn’t figure out how to pull up the menu on my phone, so the manager LaLa actually let me use her phone to view and order from the menu and was very patient and helpful in explaining what was included with certain meals.Usually u don’t see a manager unless u have a complaint, but this experienced changed the narrative for me. Food was delicious!!! Going back again tonight. Hope she’s there so I can show her my review lol
Came all the way from NYC to CLT & had an amazing experience at Cru. I believe my waitress name is Chrissy - She gave us great customer service and made sure we were okay the whole time. 10/10 will def recommend coming back !
I went to Cru last weekend and I had so much fun! It’s such a vibe and they play really good music! Also the wings are bomb!!! When you go ask for Chrissy. She was my server and she was so nice and fun and kept making sure me and my girls were good the whole night. I’m def coming back!
Me and my boyfriend came to Charlotte from Pennsylvania for a week to look at places for our potential move and came across this nice chilled spot food was good & hookah was amazing. Monday there is free hookah and no cover charger. Sierra is my girl! Looked out for us and made sure we understood everything. Hospitality on 100! I will be back.
Was there for valentine's day special and was told that it was free hookah and not fine print. Server never said it was selected flavors or times then was kicked out by taking the hookah and was treated rudely. This was our first time there and this is the kind of service that we received if I could give an half star I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Had an amazing experience. I am not a mighty person and much rather some good day fun and Cru gets a A+++ Our server Siara was super sweet, the DJ was outstanding, food, drinks, hookah, all superb. I’d like to come here to once a month going forward!
Just left Cru very dope spot very laid back service was super great our server Sierra was very nice! I would suggest anyone trying to catch a vibe to go there! Will definitely be back again.
Celebrated my 30th birthday at Cru. It was Amazing! The drinks were phenomenal, the food was really good and the Dj did not disappoint. We had the BEST server; beautiful young lady Siara. She was very attentive, efficient and personable. It was an extremely busy night and she was helping quite a few people but she always made us feel like priority. Needless to say if you're looking for a good vibe, Cru is where you want to be!
If you’re looking for a great spot to either turn up or just chill with your friends Cru is the spot. Always ask for Siara, she is super sweet and always come with the energy, plus she will make sure you are taken care of the whole night!
