Overall service was fast as I ordered online and upon arrival food was ready, that was literally within 10 mins of ordering. I wish they had an actual combo of all the meats like Cali have. I had the pork banh mi and while it was good overall, I think a bit more meat towards the ends of the sandwich would have been nice. My sweet potatoe fries were a bit soggy but I think they didn't let it steam out a bit before placing in paper bag. Drinks were good. I loved their passion fruit tea as that was really tasty! Would try other banh mi they offer next time around when I'm in the area. Overall, fulfilled my banh mi cravings.
While out running errands, I was reminded of a conversation 2 days earlier, where I was asked about this particular restaurant.I described to a friend of mine what Banh Mi sandwiches generally consisted of; with all of the fresh vegetables and a crispy baguette style roll.And these sandwiches did not disappoint. The baguette was phenomenal; crispy on the outside, with a soft chewy center that held the vegetables and meats together perfectly... I was not disappointed.All of the cut vegetables were fresh and each sandwich was made to order. Doesn't get much better than this.If you've eaten Banh Mi sandwiches before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you haven't taken the opportunity yet, please do so. You will definitely enjoy the quality and simplicity of this sandwich. I rarely write reviews but felt the need to do so because I’m shocked by all the positive reviews. This is a borderline fast food bahn mi. Low quality meat and bread. They also got my order wrong and somehow managed to make a poor boba tea (the powder wasn’t mixed and there was minimal ice so it was too warm and too strong). I always like to give second chances but won’t go out of my way
Sandwiches were hot and fresh. The three color bean dessert is excellent! Very clean environment. I’ve been in Charlotte all my life and so far this banh mi shop is the best!
I don’t like Bahn Mi , but I ordered the pork noodle bowl. I snarfed it down with the sauce. Yummmmmy! ? I also had a very tasty Mango slushy.
The food is quite good. For how much the Cajun fries cost, they really stuff that box with fries so it was worth its price. I find the banh mi’s good but my only downsides are I wish the grilled chicken wasn’t too dry, also that they’re heavily understaffed.
These Banh MI sandwiches are worth every dollar. I have always loves Bahn Mi but today I bought one for everyone in my house and my mom who is a vegetarian loved it so much. I will definitely order this again next time imma order for my boyfriend who hasn't eaten vietnamese food before and well see if it's a hit
I'm so disappointed after reading all of the positive reviews => Grilled Pork Banh Mi was very bland. Vietnamese coffee was weak & tasteless. Service: slow and seemingly indifferent. Will not return. Had much better luck at the other chain in town...
Love their vegetarian Banh Mi! The vegetarian rolls are great too, and they have a lovely selection of bubble tea drinks. The fruit delight is my favorite! I tend to order online and pick up, quick and easy
A must have for local Charlotte restaurants. My business orders catering too, it's perfect for easy dinner sandwiches. Sweet potato fries and any Bahn Mi are musts! Frozen bubble teas are also ?
