Same location but perhaps it went under new management in 2022 as it has really improved - there is a larger selection of food and drinks compared to the previous year. The service is great, the new cashiers are really friendly too. I would highly recommend giving them a shot.There's a lot of selections so I haven't tried it all but the banh mi tastes very fresh. Asides from the Boba tea, they also have Vietnamese coffee, they have some jelly fruit teas and also some Vietnamese desserts that are very unique. They also have fried fast food like chicken and fries.
Delicious, and great vegan options! The seitan they use for the vegetarian bahn mi is so good! It's like shredded chicken. The bread is good and the proportion of "meat" and veggies to bread is perfect. The salty lemon juice is wonderful and very refreshing! Perfect for rehydrating after sweating your face off in this stupid, way-too-hot city. I didn't get a dessert, but I'll definitely be getting one next time. There are so many options with so many unique combinations. Can't wait to try one (or five)!
We decided to eat here on a whim after not "feeling" anything in particular. 3 of us ordered the shrimp noodle bowl, and another ordered the fried tofu and a boba tea. We all were really impressed (even my son that doesn't care for anything out the ordinary). We were able to customize our bowls and the guy on staff was super helpful! The portion sizes were really big (we all had leftovers). We were slightly sad that we were leaving the next day and couldn't eat there again!
We really enjoyed the bahn mi’s on today’s visit. We got the bbq pork and crispys favorite and they were really flavorful. Also the rolls they used were light and let the ingredients come through. We are looking forward to heading back to try some more!

If you are looking for great Banh Mi, look no further! this is the best place to go! Very reasonable price! I love their grilled pork and Crispy Favorite Banh Mi! They are the best. The Vietnamese coffee is a little too sweet though.
Exceptional! the banh mi was crispy plenty of tofu and vegetables serviced was prompt and polite great stop. The staff was non-stop work and service was quick.
The grilled pork sandwich is the best. Love the flavor! We had the pickled veggies and greens packed separately since we were traveling and they packed it well.
Crispy Banh Mi makes outstanding Bahn Mi sandwiches! They can modify them by request too! I always get mine with extra meat and extra jalapeños - delicious! My favorite is the grilled pork (Thit Nuong) Bahn Mi. Of course, the classic cold cut versions are excellent as well.They have other Vietnamese dishes too such as Bun (Noodle Bowl) and appetizers such as Summer Rolls. They have all of the traditional sauces (fish sauce, chili sauce, Sriracha and Hoisin) too but you may have to ask for them.Crispy Bahn Mi has excellent drink options like iced tea in several versions, hot and iced Vietnamese coffees etc.They are very efficient on take out orders. You can call, order online or just walk in. The food is usually ready in just a few minutes.This place is great!
It's a little hole in the wall but they make awesome sandwiches.
