My first experience wasn’t great but my second was much better. I will definitely be back. There's no way this meal could be worth $30. They will never get my money again. You can get more for $30 from a really good Caribbean restaurant here in Charlotte. I will not be wasting my money again on this meal. The sandwich was so skimpy. It is more cheese than anything. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the favor is not bad but definitely not worth $30 and still be hungry
Had a discrepancy regarding an order made a week ago, chef loso reached out immediately and made things right! The definition of phenomenal customer service. Ordered jerk chicken and rice and peas with mac and cheese and an order of brown stew chicken with the aforementioned sides. Everything was cooked and seasoned well but most importantly tasted incredible. Only thing I wish is the rasta pasta and curry chicken were available(it was sold out). Great food, great customer service, thank you chef loso. You've earned all 5 stars of this review!
Best jerk chicken I had in Charlotte. System they have made it easy to order, and the pick up was very quick, too.

This is by far the best Caribbean food I’ve ever had. You can tell this food is made with love and I’ll forever be a customer. I recommend the oxtails but please try everything and you will not be disappointed? Much Love

I’m from Charleston,Sc and This is the best carribean restaurant I’ve ever tasted and not to mention I Found this restaurant on tic tok. The ox tails were awesome. They were sold out online I called and he made it happen for me!!! the macaroni tasted better then my granny one and the jerk chicken was the best jerk chicken I ever tasted. Lol The ox tail and jerk chicken were literally falling off the bone definitely worth every dollar!!!!!

I drove down to Charlotte for the first time from Raleigh. I stopped here before heading back as I found this establishment on Google and had to try the food! I called to confirm the location because I couldn’t find it. Come to find out, most items had already sold out by the time I got there. The owner, Carlos, was a certified Angel! He went above and beyond to make sure my son and I didn’t return to Raleigh with empty stomachs. Customer service goes a long way, but his genuine kindness was unmeasured. And the food was finger lickin’!!!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I will be back, and this time I will pre-order. If you are looking for delicious Caribbean food, this is the place to go in Charlotte. Chef’s Kiss!!
I got the oxtail plate with Mac and cheese and cabbage, let me just say I didn't even make it out the parking lot. THAT WAS HEAVEN ON EARTH!
Ordered for the first time on 9/10/21. Food was excellent and the customer service was top notch. Ordering and pick up was a smooth process. Good portion sizes and food was seasoned perfectly. Can't wait to order again.
