Lobster was tough with very little flavor... we've had way better at 3 different steakhouses in town! Major language barrier with server which caused an overcharge and when the owner came out to talk to us about it he yelled at us! Very pricey as well

We spent about $45 for a pretty small seafood boil in comparison to other places through out Charlotte. I wouldn’t say this was the biggest bang for the buck. Even if you buy their super combo it comes with out eggs which I thought was a seafood boil standard.Meh

I don't know the owners name but he was great and the young man that was with was also very helpful. The sauce was extra hot like I love it.

They are really good, crawfish is so fresh. Mr.Loi ( chef ) is so friendly with us

I placed a Pick Up order of a decent size... crawfish, shrimp, clams and mussels ---- All Were Perfect!! The sausage, potatoes, eggs and corn were good extras and absorbed the sauce well. I preferred the Crackin' mix but the House Special was pretty good too.Crackin' Crawfish deserves your business and will work hard to keep it.

When I began eating here in 2018, the choose 2/half pound combo was $21. I remained a customer when the price increased to $26 in 2019, then $30 last year. But now, the same combo totals to $40. And they have the audacity to charge extra for deveined, headless shrimp. I know a lot has changed since 2018, but to almost double the price, without any increase in the amount or quality of food, is ridiculous. I tried to speak with a manger regarding this, but he was very rude. There are other options in the area that offer better/more food at a lower cost.

The place was great and the food was tasty and fairly priced. However the service was some what poor, but I do understand that they were under-staff when we were there. I believe the server when we were here was the manager and he was great at accommodating us. He was running around and running the whole floor by himself. I commend you Sir. We will most definitely come back.

***READ THE REVIEWS*** I did NOT ??Please know that what you see in the pictures is not a representation of what you will get. For $35 I got three flimsy small crab clusters. One potato and one corn. Seriously, the biggest WASTE OF MONEY!!!!If you are a fan of crabs you’re better off going to the grocery store and buying your own. Service was good.

I usually only eat seafood when at the beach. I was really surprised at how fresh the crab was and so far away from the ocean. I will go again when in Charlotte.

Loved it all. Great seasonings. I love the corn.
