We love to eat at Cracker Barrel. It was very busy last time we went but I was able to put our names on the waiting list online before we left the house and when we got there we only had to wait a couple of minutes before being seated so that was really nice. Food was great, as always!
Excellent service great food!
Food was it's usual...Cracker Barrel good, but the waitress was doing the most. She kept forgetting things we ordered & never returned to the table & stated "Yeah, I forgot." So, I know the next time I decide to eat there, I don't want her anymore. We had eaten there a few weeks ago and the waitress who has colorful hair(green/yellow) was the best waitress we've encountered in a long time. It was a group of 6 and we made sure her tip matched her service that she delivered.
Off night for sure.Staff are very friendly. Our food took over 30 min and they were not busy. 2 tables that were seated after we ordered were eating before us. Very odd for Cracker Barrel (we eat at CB regularly)My drink was gone when food was served. Asked if I wanted more, yes. Did not get it until dinner was done.No biscuits or cornbread for the 4 of us.Rest of food was great.Took pretty long to get our bill also.Like I said. Off night I guess. Hopefully.
Went in 1st thing Sunday morning ordered take out. Food was hot. Cooked well. Ordered the Momma's pancake breakfast platter with extra sausage. Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was fine, I knew they were low on staff so I had no issue with that as long as the order was right, which it was.
Ate there a little after one today. Waitress very slow and poor service . We were charged for larger portion also charged for a to go coffee If we return it will not be soon .
service was great and the food was served hot. friendly staffs
We arrived at this location around 755 pm. We had to wait for someone to come greet us at the hostess stand. After we were finally seated we sat for 20 minutes and no one greeted us. A white gentleman sat across from us and he sat maybe 5 minutes and was greeted. We had driven from Georgia and was hungry. We left and no one even stopped us. This is one of my favorite places and we were very disappointed,
We really love Cracker Barrel and usually stop at one when on a road trip. However, this unit left a bad impression. Although we came here late, about 1.5 hour before closing, the restaurant floor was very dirty, with all kinds of wraps, napkins and even pieces of food on the floor. That’s unusual for a CB. Also the servers didn’t seem to be bothered by that, I didn’t see anyone cleaning anything during our time there. The waitress was nice, but our food took forever to be brought. When we asked a different server about it, she said food comes out in the order it was ordered. Well, except it didn’t. All other tables around us were occupied after ours, and everyone had their food long before our order made it to our spot.At one point my wife dropped her fork just 3 feet in front of a waitress, she didn’t care to help pick it up not offered to bring a new fork. We had to specifically ask for it when the next waiter was alles by.The food was good, just what you expect, but the overall experience was definitely not what we are used to.
We ordered breakfast around 2:15 pm. The place was not crowded at all. It took 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress was very nice. The good was good but the grits were not done. I’m an expert when it comes down to grits.
