This five star is directly is due to one of the employees named diamond, we all arrived in the same vehicle but got to the counter at different times and that’s normal at every restaurant but one customer took it personal and started a dispute, Diamond handled the situation very professionally and composed, of course the instigating customer was upset in the end. Never the less Diamond is an amazing employee by handling the situation and then responding back to us AND other customers with a big smile after the little altercations. Now that’s an employee you don’t wanna lose but rather give a raise to!
An impressively bad experience, 45 minutes in line and still got part of the order wrong. Was told they where short staffed, which I believe but this is the second bad experience at this location in a month. Avoid at all costs, at least until Cookout pays their employees enough for them to bother showing up.
Food was delicious and cheap. This is greatly priced with amazing food. The fries are very well made and taste fresh. The burger that I had was very good as well. The food was with us within 5 minutes. Very quick service as well!
Waited for over an hour at 2:45 in the morning (Yes, it was busy, but not busy enough for it to take that long). When I got to the drive thru window to order, I waited quite some time and even called out three times before anyone replied at all. When she did reply, there was no apology of any kind or explanation for the delay. People were even honking behind me. Overall, I waited at the ordering window for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Meanwhile, the other line was moving about three times faster. The girl working the window had no personality at all. I even had to remind her of my simple order before she gave it to me. I gave two stars for the previous experience being better but that was an absolutely unacceptable experience and I do not plan on going back to that location.
Ordered 2 BIG DOUBLE BURGER trays. Got shorted a patty on both of them.Only 1 patty on each.I waited in line for 25 minutes to get jipped.
The service was good, I got the double cheese burger. It's good but no seasoning you can taste the grill flavor and thats it. Salt and pepper would have been a plus. But great value and tea is delicious!
SUPER RUDE young female working the window. The food itself is okay but definitely not worth the wait or unnecessary attitude.. I have worked for Cook Out so I know it can be tough sometimes, but we all have to do better.

The worst CookOut experience I've ever had. We had three separate orders, and we were up front about that. The worker took the first order, then after the second order she paused and said "Welcome to Cook Out" thinking we were a different car. Then she tried to force a plain burger on us even though we told her we wanted everything on it. Then they gave us only two orders, and the third order had to be placed once again. It was either given to someone else or the employee forgot to enter the order. We weren't given any utensils, and the order that had to be placed a second time was wrong. Go to a different cookout. It was 9 o'clock at night, it wasn't busy, there was no reason for the mess.
Go here if you don’t want what you order, every single time I go here I always get something wrong or not what I asked for. Not sure why that would be when there is plenty of staff there to get food out fast but the line also takes forever to get through, makes no sense.NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS COOKOUT!
