Would recommend going to the KFC or Wendy's nearby. They will probably serve you in an appropriate amount of time and have a better attitude about it.
My order is always wrong. Ordered a burger and they missed half what I wanted. I never get correct double up onion ribgs, last double up was 6. Shakes never correct. Not going back it’s frustrating and they are too slow for incorrect orders.
Be on the lookout for upcharging...ordered 2 milkshakes and two hotdogs. 2 charges to my card l, 1 for $8.00 and 1 for $6.00. Did not give me a receipt. My fault for not asking for one. It won't happen again.
Very rude and my food is never right and a bbq sandwich that is soggy is a waste of money ?so I started ordering a bbq plate and using my own bread at home. Idk what they are doing to the buns to make them so wet.

This location used to be fast with great food. Now its slower than a snail with low quality results. So slow, they caused gridlock in their parking lot.
Cookout is graded on a curved scale. Their intercom system is terrible and their service is ok at best but they have a nice variety of food and the price is unbeatable
I like the choices for the price, however I noticed the chicken strips are not the same as the previous ones. These are much smaller and yet you are charged the same price as the bigger ones.
It's good food, but almost everytime I'm missing half of my sides. It's actually starting to get annoying how often it happens.
I asked for Cajun cheese fries not chili cheese fries, I asked for a burger and she asked what all I wanted on it but I didn’t receive it. They were not busy AT ALL so I’m confused on how they got my order all wrong and charged me more then what I got.
