Just got a large seasoned fry and a blueberry cheesecake shake with walnuts. While eating a few fries, i see something black thinking it must be a piece of burnt fry. Oh no!! I pick up the fry and it is a black press on nail attached to it!!! No, not mine, I don’t wear them!! You talking about sick, was I!! I called the health department and corporate. What happen to the days while working around food you had to wear hairnets, no finger nail polish and definitely no press ons!! Get it together Cook Out!!
Super disappointed with this location. Sat in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes at the speaker with no one in front of me and still no one took my order so I drove to the window..cashier was super rude when I asked about why no one was answering. She rudely replied " The Bell didn't sound". She instructed me to get back in line if I wanted to be served. I said I'll come to the window and she replied WHATEVER! It had started to rain. When I finally got my food it was thrown together! Poor mannerism and food thrown together, falling apart when you remove it from the bag. Lines through drive thru are not long but the wait for your food is a bit too much. Food not always hot and the rolls and buns are not always fresh. I patronize this location because it's close to home but after my experience on yesterday.. I'd rather use the gas to go to another Cookout!
My first Cookout experience and at 1:45am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning the place was BUSY. Drive thru had a line around the building and a line for people ordering on foot. Staff was super friendly and accommodating even with all the customers. Just for the experience they gave I’d come back, but I’d come back again again for the food cause it’s cheap, fast, and good. Have nothing but great things to says and if I’m ever near another Cookout, best believe I’m stopping.
Amazing food, big portions, the best price around! Wish they had them in Baltimore, Md.
I tried my best to order. I stood at the take out window but no one even said hello. I got in my car and drove around to the order window. The speaker to order is so bad the person inside could not hear me and me him. I tried to order 2 hot dogs with mustard and relish and an order of hush puppies. I got 2 dried out hot dogs on stale buns with a tiny bit of mustard, no relish and no hush puppies. One and done with these folks.
I’ve never had this happen before but I just got home with a spicy chicken sandwich tray and the chicken is LITERALLY UNCOOKED RAW CHICKEN IN THE MIDDLE. I’m extremely disturbed and nauseous… Do not visit this location if you don’t want to get sick
The worst double hamburger I ever seen.... it (the meat ) tasted pretty good but they were smaller then McDonald's kids meal pattys.... a ton of onion and the meat didn't even fit the bread.... 4 bites and I ate the whole burger.... and the nuggets tasted if though they were fried in fish grease.... who in the heck gave these people 2 stars is nuts.... I saw two people bringing food back I should of check mine before I left but it was just a burger and nuggets who can't get that right I figured.. I just had to laugh that burger was so ridiculous
First things first I understand the food service industry is in need of help due to the pandemic…that being said customer service should always outweigh personal feels! I waited in line and saw other cars moving pasted me so I went to the window to see what the hold up was. I was told that she hadn’t gotten to my section yet, I asked if I could just order from the window and was told because they are on a “Timer” I had to drive around and re-enter the line. Cookout your team is in need of a morale boost….if not you will continue to see comments like this one.
Overall great! Customer service was okay, nothing special but no complaints. Personally best cookout I’ve been to food wise! Everything was warm, cooked just right, and delicious!
They're amazing! I'm from Alabama and never heard of this place bf. I was in Charlotte,NC for two days and went there both days! The milkshakes are better than Jack's back home!
