I went there around like 425am and they took forever to take my order when they finally came on the mic act like there had attitude with my order. So i order a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich without no tomatoes as i was eating i found there were a tomatoes in there i had already pull off to go back and let them know they mess up. So if you ever go to this cookout make sure that repeat your order back to you because if not you will be in the same boat as i was in. Im allergy to tomatoes so therefor i had a reaction this morning and had to go to the urgent care. That was really sad for them to do and not even apology for there mistake. I will like for Corp to reach out to me ASAP.
This establishment is a disgrace to the fast food chain in the United States. My best friend and I recently ate here, and now we have food poisoning. The food we ate here as caused us to be in deep pain and we haven’t eatin in a few days due to the fact that the ingredients in their food is contaminated. I highly recommend you don’t order unless you wish to be sick and OUT OF WORK. The associates know they’re wrong for serving this low quality food. The manager also know he/she is wrong for even keeping location active. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!
Their shakes are so amazing. Some people don't like thick shakes but I do. I ordered the ones shakes and let it sit for about 10min. That's just enough time to enjoy all the creamy goodness Cookout has to offer. And they don't skimp on the toppings either.
First of all, this is the worst cookout establishment probably in the east coast. The staff has no type of understanding on how to run a drive through. I waited 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order for them to completely mess up what I ordered. Nuggets and fries isnt a hard concept. Do better

One of the worst fast food experiences I've had. Went through the second drive-through line around 9 PM. There were only two cars ahead of me and it took about 45 minutes for me to get my food. I only ordered one item with a milkshake. While sitting at the window, cars from the primary line kept going by every 5 minutes and people at the walk-up window were also getting their food in a timely manner. Additionally, I was asked no less than 4 times to repeat what my order was. Not sure what the issue was but they have got to figure something out to keep this from happening to their customers. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes for food, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant, not a "fast" food restaurant.
Absolutely disgusting. To think a franchise this large could put such rude, unprofessional people in place to handle their operations is absurd. I could go on and on about all of issues I experienced but I highly doubt anything would come out of it. Enjoy a small, easy meal elsewhere.
Just got a bacon ranch wrap and hushpuppies but the wrap was actually put together really well and the hushpuppies were crispy and fresh.
Good portion sizing, and service was fast. Only thing is please let customers know if an item is not available. Had ordered nuggets and cheese bites and got fries instead of the nuggets as they weren't available, and would have ordered something else if I had known. Other than that everything was good.
I stopped by for a quick bite to eat for lunch on Tuesday, 12-7-21. They have the best barbecue sandwiches. There was a line, but I didn't have to wait too long.My only takeaway: there was a hole at the bottom corner of my bag. Wondering if bags are packaged in something that's opened with a box cutter. It wasn't a problem with my order. Someone with a larger order may have a bag that's torn apart easily with more weight.
