6:15 I’ve just gotten in a line of about ten cars. This place must be good.6:30 we’ve moved two car lengths closer to the speaker6:45 we’ve moved another car space. The anticipation is building.7:00 we are now sitting next to the speaker.7:15 our order is finally being taken.7:45 here comes the food!
I usually have no problems here but today I waited at least 5 minutes at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken. I kept saying hello, no one answered. I gave them benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the speaker was broken. I pulled up to the window and asked if they could take my order. The girl at window said "you should've ordered at the speaker" I'm like, what do you mean? You never said "wait one moment" or anything and never took my order. Crazy. Anyways, I left the drive thru at that point.
Service was fast and great, the lady was nice. I am a frequent cook out customer at the Lancaster location and came here tonight and ordered a shake. It came in this small dinky little red cup, VERY SMALL. I thought I accidentally ordered the wrong size but from what I can tell there is no information on shake sizes online, what I think happened was they ran out of the normal sized foam cups so they resorted to putting my shake in this cup that’s HALF THE SIZE at THE FULL PRICE. I am very upset about this.
This restaurant does not care about the people that are trying to get food. They take all day. I sat in line for an hour just to not be serviced because they took 10-15 min per customer. Had terrible customer service which was a 1 out of 10. I will never go back to any cookout ever due to this experience.
Usually so busy i don't stop but when i do they are so fast they hurry the line along and the wait is just the same as any other place even though the line is double or tripple the length and great food. some of the employeez have a hard time with their attitude but in willing to look past that for some great food
I got charged for 3 trays but only received 2. When I explained that the receipt says 3 trays, they didn't know what I was talking about and said I only got 2 trays. Frustrated, I just left but be mindful that after 8PM the brain cells drop dramatically so expect something to go wrong.
This place is a must have if you've never been before!! One of my all time favorites!! There's like a million order combinations, great for a meal or snack!!!!
A big double is two half patties sloppily thrown together? That’s call a single, not a double. Look how tiny this is and how burnt is that corn dog. Can you believe it took 40 minutes to get food of this low quality? A single patty from McDonald’s is bigger than these.
I'm giving Cook Out 5 stars for their fresh banana milkshake! If you like banana shakes, theirs is very good but you might need a spoon instead of a straw. Yum ?
Good food, quick service, and above all unbeatable value. Frankly Cook Out on a good day puts every other fast food chain in the area (except for Chick-fil-A) to shame. However, I was unfortunately less than impressed with the bun on my barbecue sandwich this time around. It was soggy and began to literally fall apart in my hands by the third bite. Cook Out should really invest in providing customers with buns that match the consistently high quality of the food inside them.
