I always come here and get the cake batter and peanut butter combo… i know it sounds weird but its amazing!

sorry guys but I must be honest in my review: I am an italian recently moved in the area. Believe me, in Italy we know how a good gelato looks like (I mean for a third of these prices...).Let me explain something to you: if the gelato is fresh, daily prepared, is soft and creamy and you do not need to spread it on a "cold stone" to get it creamy. The only reason you may do that is to soften an old one. This is what I normally do with a supermarket ice-cream coming out of my fridge...I do understand that here prices are higher but...wow...you cannot ask that money for a very, very standard gelato, not even really fresh.At this point I prefer to buy my gelato in the supermarket and save a lot of money, quality is similar. Do not get fooled by toppings, colors and whistles...the ice-cream has to be good, the rest doesn't count. Or not?
ordered the strawberry passion cake which I have ordered for my birthday before. I had a difficult time getting in touch with someone at the store so I ordered online. The amount of guest I was having over changed so I changed to a smaller cake I was finally able to reach the store and they were able to update my order. The next day I go to pick up the cake. It’s a disaster. Looks no like the cake I ordered. I bring this to the attention of the manager and she said she didn’t see what was wrong with it. The cake had no strawberries and shards gram cracker cookies on the cake. Presentation is everything it was a birthday cake. At first Talia said oh because it the small one so it’s not going to look like the picture. I explained to her I have order this cake several times in different sizes and they all looked very similar to the picture. She then went on to say well corporate doesn’t send us graham cracker crumbs for the cakes anymore. I explained to her none of these excuses helped to ease my unhappiness about the cake. It only got worst. We take the cake home we serve some of it to the guest and it’s dry not fresh at all. I was very dissatisfied in the quality and the look of the cake. I was more disappointed by the service and the attitude of the manager when I explained my dissatisfaction with the product I purchased.
If you like to pay extra for stale waffle cones than this is the place.

Can't wait to visit again. This is my heaven on the earth. I love ice cream so much! OMG.
It is sad to see what has transpired with this location in the last year. Every time we come here, it hurts me to see the younger kids working and there is no "leader" or "manager" keeping their energy alive. This location tends to close before their scheduled times and it is confusing as a consumer. They are always out of bananas which is crazy to me. In order for you to support your staff, the owner of the franchise needs to show up & support their staff.
