Their ice cream cake is always delicious, even after it has been cut and stored in the freezer for a week. The cake is never hard or stale tasting but always like it is fresh from that day.
I love the fact CSC offers milkshakes but the apologetic staff member had to wait until the blender cooled down to finish making my shake. I asked if they had a back up - sadly it broke awhile back and hadn’t been replaced. You have friendly & willing and able staff but upper mgmt needs to make sure things are serviced. You can never get more work out of a machine than you put into it. #coldstoneRivergate
These employees do not seem happy. What happened to the cold stone employees that sang. Why is my order not ready? I placed my order online at 7 it was to be picked up at 8:15 it’s now 8:30. It was literally nobody in the store when I arrived. I’m here and now you have to make it. I guess I won’t get that blast freeze as requested. ?
Nice workers but have some very serious concerns of the cleanliness in the store 1) there is no health inspection grade anywhere in the location (which there was another comment from three months ago about this), which I’m fairly certain is illegal. 2) you can tell it has not been swept or even mopped in weeks 3) the vents are very dirty above food area … the list continues but the good news is these can be easy fixes, they just take some time. I really hope management can get the place together.
Great customer service! They kindly remade my order when an ingredient I originally asked for was left out. They repackaged everything with to go lids and extra napkins in the bag. This was my third time visiting this location. Great service each time.
No froyo but that's ok...its due Covid19. Service was a little slower than usual but that's due to fewer staff. Overall good ice cream and toppings.
We asked for a topping that this location never has according to the male who waited on us. We waited 20 minutes to receive rude, disrespect service from the male that waited on us.
Ice cream was good, but the store is disgusting and no health department ratings are posted anywhere. Ceilings fans have so much dust and cobwebs, and you don’t want to even look at the ceiling next to the air vents. Absolutely filthy.
The Staff was friendly & terrific! The Ice Cream was delicious! This was an Awesome visit to an Awesome place with Awesome People working there!
