Line was very long (Sunday evening) but the staff did a good job at keeping it moving. They handled my nieces peanut allergy absolutely amazingly & everything otherwise came out perfectly!
They are always closed during their normal business hours. This is like the 4th time I’ve gone in the middle of the day on a Saturday and they were closed. Smh

I ordered some ice cream sandwiches to be delivered as a birthday gift and the ice cream was all over the package, melting. Didn’t look too appetizing. Maybe they should try to do something like supply a cooler for delivery service just to remedy the issue. Not good
I would give them 0 stars, if allowed.They misplaced my daughters birthday cake, and had no replacement as well.Don’t trust these guys, they lie on your face.Order from some other Coldstone, or DairyQueen, skip this branch.
I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and when we went to pick it up the store was closed. Even if it was closed due to Covid they should have let us know. I will be canceling the charge on my credit card.
If I could give ColdStone a zero star rating… I would. They are the most selfish I’ve cream business I’ve ever experienced. They started losing me when I used to live in Durham and the prices went up to an unnecessary amount. THEN, last month (because I almost forgot to leave a negative review about this) I’m at this ColdStone in Charlotte, NC off Mallard Creek and I will never forget that they put a sign up that said “Not Mixing”You all don’t understand how mad I was and better be lucky I didn’t come inside just to fuss you out. My friend has just passed away THAT DAY, I had to go to a rehearsal that I didn’t want to go to, and I just lost my job. I was looking forward to that ONE thing (Coldstone) and you had the AUDACITY to put up a sign that says “Not Mixing”???? The laziness does NOT match the pricing. I’ll be going to Baskin Robins from now on

My mom loves this place so of course we go all the time but lately I’ve noticed they pick and choose when they put gloves on and a lot of hair out. Not sure if that’s protocol or what.
