Very nice indoor and outside ambiance. The service was friendly and fast. We focused on the sushi.This is a tapas kind of place but they also have larger meals and Pho.Apps:Beef and kimchi dumplings - very goodYellowtail sashimi - awesomeSushi:. Below average. Blemished avocado and the rolls were loose and fell apart.Blossom - 2ndJersey - bestBuddha - 3rd didn't really like the flavor and the roll itself was very loose, falling apart when picked up.
Hanoi noodles were bomb. Big portion. Place was packed. Inside was very nice even though it’s in a strip mall

wow what a fantastic restaurant! staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic! We started with a Blossom roll and had some curry afterwards! I'm so happy we stopped here, we'll definitely be returning and with more friends!

My first time trying this restaurant. I had a curry laksa with poached egg and shrimp. The coconut-based curry is balanced well with spices and a hint of coconut flavor. The noodles is cooked well, and makes this dish like a nice Thai curry ramen if you will!
My husband and I have been here a few times and I feel like it’s going downhill. We went for happy hour sushi and it was slammed. We expected to wait and didn’t mind that but we waited forever for sushi that was definitely sub-quality. My avocado in my sushi was brown and the rice in both of our sushi was mushy and not good. I just feel like when we went after they first opened the food was much better
This place was absolutely amazing! The sushi was so fresh and flavorful. The curry noodle bowl was also really good, some of the best I have had here in Charlotte. Really nice environment and great wait staff! This was a great hidden gem! Definitely try it out!
This is one of the more eclectic eateries in Charlotte that specializes in traditional Thai Fusion dining. The inside is spacious and provides a very trendy feel, and the wait staff was very friendly. Food was good, but again, they follow more different menu as it includes sushi. Overall if you are looking for something different, this is your spot.
Generally I have had a great experience at Co. Great food and staff. Gave it 3 stars due to an experience on 1/2 price sushi day. Due to COVID, I opted to order online for pick up. I’m okay with the concept of paying full price for take out orders. What I take issue to is that they prioritize all in-dining 1/2 price orders before full price paying customers. I arrived an hour after I placed my order and the hostess said it’s going to take a lot longer because they prioritize the 1/2 price orders first. This seems like a counter intuitive business model. The orders should be processed in the order they come in. First comes first serve, especially since I am paying FULL PRICE!
