Friendly customer service, juice ingredients were mainly fresh. Some things were frozen like the cucumbers and other items like the kale didn't look all the way fresh. I had to ask her not to include the brownish/yellow leaves in my juice. There are two different prices (with ice or without ice) which made sense because you get a little more juice... but my juice was extremely pulpy. Overall, ok experience. I'd definitely return in a pinch.

Tastes ok, but for $7 for a piece of toast that shows you like this, that’s a little embarrassing. Pretty sure that’s not even half of a hard boiled egg, and my box didn’t have the liner. They’ve clearly stopped caring.
Best juice in Charlotte! I had an issue needing to cancel an order that I mistakenly ordered online from the wrong location. The owner called me and handled it immediately. Very nice people and the quality of their food and juices is excellent. I highly recommend!
The Energy One is my favorite. I go their after my work out and it refreshes me. All juices tastes good and like that juices are fresh and organic.Like the customer service.
Came in and waited almost 5 mins for someone to even come up the counter. It was completely left unattended. Juices are always good though, just lackluster workers
I ordered a smoothie and instead was given a juice. I was told that my smoothie would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up to the store 15 minutes later and picked up my drink, I realized that the drink had been sitting there made for 13 minutes. So I’m not sure if it was made incorrectly or made to early and left to sit and settle. Either way, I’m dissatisfied.
Don’t expect to be greeted when you walk in. The girl finally made brief eye contact and I said, “Hi I got a text saying my To-Go order is ready.” She replied, “Hold on.” And for the next 5 minutes I proceeded to watch her make other people’s orders (no one else in the store so they must’ve been other To Go orders) while the bowl I ordered was slowly melting away in their refrigerator behind the counter? Also, paid an extra $1 for strawberry topping which consisted of one sliced strawberry. That’s right. One. A single strawberry. I’m glad I tried the place but it’s definitely not worth revisiting.

The cleanse (6-pack of organic, cold-pressed juices) is excellent for the immune system. I love that they use natural, raw, and organic ingredients.
