I went and grabbed a smoothie this morning. Rachel was the only working. She literally cranked out those smoothies like there was a team of people with her. She apologized for the delay as there was 3 other people in the store. I advised that it was ok and to take her time as I understood. Because I waited Rachel comp’d my smoothie. Rachel thank you for your great customer service!! I really hope your store owner knows how valuable you are to their location.
It was a very good experience. There was some sort of error with the order (honestly not sure if it was my fault or not) but the staff took care of it without question and very quickly. I appreciate the great customer service experience I had!I don't recall the employees' names but they were two young ladies and it was at the Berewick Commons store at about 6-6:30 pm on 5/26/22.
1 star is based solely on service. This is what happens to a business when they rely on teenagers to run it. Really unfortunate that they were more concerned with blasting their inappropriate playlist rather than taking care of customers.
Saw the juice bar several weeks ago.I was pondering about going in but decided not to. However, I returned weeks later and saw a sign advertising a pineapple and cucumber refresher. .So, I went inside to purchase one. Omg that was the best decision I made that day. .It was absolutely outstanding. The gentleman who I assume is the owner was so nice. I can't wait to go back for another refresher thus week and weeks thereafter. HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS.
I was skeptical about coming here because I didn’t know much about it but I stepped out on faith and came in. I was greeted by a friendly employee by the name Jason. He was so helpful, he helped me to understand the menu and gave me different ideas about things like the gluten free options and juices. I ended up getting the avocado toast to keep it light and he made it super fast and it was so delicious! It didn’t make it out the parking lot. KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be returning
Made an online order, order was verified online, and when I showed up was told that they were sold out. No notification that they didn’t have the juices I ordered, and the employees couldn’t even give me a receipt for the refund. Total waste of time, had to go somewhere else to get what I wanted. Was told they would refund the purchase, and the manager would call to verify. Never happened. Terrible customer service.
Staff called about my online order immediately to tell me they were out of something and alarde what is like to substitute.
What an outstanding staff at the Charlotte Beirwick Commons location. I was surprised on this St. Paddy's day with a smoothie with the granola on the top! Jared and the other fellow working today know their stuff. I'm never lacking on a genuine experience. Again, a big shout out to the entire store! I love this place
Every visit is different. There is no consistency. Sometimes the drinks are full of flavor and delicious and sometimes they are super watered down by too much ice (smoothies/refreshers) or ingredients are missed from the food items.
It was great! I was in and out of the Steele Creek location in a jiffy because my online order was ready!
