Never order online from them, I order an açaí bowl and 2 drinks from them, it came out to be $33. Turns out they cancelled the order but never gave me the refund, I tried to call and email but they always come up with a excuse and this was may 10th, now we are almost in July and never once they emailed or called me back.
Riley & Huda are AMAZING! They recommended The Double One, based off our conversation and it is DELICIOUS! They both are super friendly, very pleasant, helpful & make delicious smoothies. Give those girls a raise!!
Smoothie was great! However, don’t waste your money on the avocado toast it was small, soggy, and I even had a piece of hair it mine ? the teenagers working are very friendly but didn’t know how to manage the multiple orders that needed to be made making the wait longer than it needed to be.
Well the quality has really gone downhill. Really disappointed with my last order. Ordered 2 Berry Bowls that had frozen bananas and zero sliced strawberries. Paid over $30 dollars for two sad bowls of mush. I reached out to the corporate office and Stonecrest location about my disappointment but still waiting on a response. I’m not sure if this is the case with all locations dropping quality ingredients or just this particular location. I’m waiting to hear from you clean juice???
Didn't read the menu where it reads, juices are served with ice. I've lived in Over 6 states and fresh juices have never been served over ice in health food places. Avocado toast was thrown together. I will try another location. No bueno!
I am currently at the store. I am disappointed with today.We order an açaí bowl, a Cali wrap, avocado toast, the detoxifying one, the creamsicle one, the wild one and a pink juice.The avocado toast was a joke. When we opened the box they had it presented as a sandwich when we opened it there was hardly any avocado on the toast. I asked the worker if that was all of the avocado and he said that the toast only came with 1/2 an avocado. Everything was watered down and not super flavorful. A little irritating.
I worked here for about two weeks, and will never go to them again.They need the health department called, there are roaches, and dried stains and food on the ground in the back.The manager’s name is Anna, and she comes across as very nice until you’re hired. She needs to learn how to handle her emotions properly in the workplace.I ended up quitting, and a lot of the employees are good people, but the management is very unprofessional and runs a unhealthy stressful environment for employees.I even had to sell a younger girl a cleanse, which is not safe for kids.If you want to be healthy, go somewhere that treats their workers like humans and doesn’t try to pass off non-organic bananas as organic.
The clean juice on Rea road is the worst. Waited 20 min for a smoothie, one employee working. She had no mask on and was disgruntled. She was telling everyone how she was quitting this week. The place was dirty, with old food left out. Go to any other clean juice but this one.
Busy during Covid given staff shortages but always good and classic healthy option.
What another great experience with Anna today. My husband and I came in around lunch time. I got a coffee smoothie and my husband got the double one. We come in every week and Anna is always so positive. We don't mind the wait as we know she has been working alone for several weeks by herself with drinks lined up. We are so proud of her. Anna keep up the good work. We was happy to hear about your promotion to Davidson Location. We will miss you. Please everyonee be kind. As she is working very hard amd alone. Stonecrest is one of the best and cleanest placesto eat. Can't wait to come again
