The staff here is very friendly and patient. The store was very clean and has a fun photo wall and props to take photos! If you’re unsure what to get try “The Chocolate One” and/or “The Balanced Bowl” … those are myFaves!
The hours that are posted do not comply with the actual operation hours. I left my house at 9am and arrived to location at 9:15 on today (July 2, 22) only to discover that the location is closed and doors are locked although the "Open Now" sign is on. This was disappointing because I wasted my time and fuel and could not get my 1st nutritious meal of the day from here as planned. If the location's hours have changed then the hours that are posted online and on the door should reflect such.
Did an online order and part of it was ready but new employee took a while to finish the rest of it. Ordered an item that should’ve had strawberries on the top and it did not come with those even though the same order at a different location the day before was complete. Would not visit this location again if charging full price for incomplete items.The whole reason you visit a franchise is for consistency!
I bought a juicer. I am in need of Weightloss and for better health. I decided to try this place to see how juicing tasted before I ran out and bought a bunch of fruits and veggies. I ordered The Glow. It was amazing. The staff was so knowledgeable when I asked questions about juicing. Though I bought my own juicer I will be trying them out at least once a week.
The juice and wrap I got were absolutely delicious and fresh! (The juice was kind of sloppily packaged, was spilling out of the cup and I spilled quite a bit just by try to pick it up) will absolutely be going back!!!
The outside of this box clearly shows that I ordered Avocado toast on Sprouted bread. However, as you can see the inside of the box contains the wrong order. I do not eat meat at all and this sandwich contains a meat that appears to be turkey. I called Clean Juice and spoke with someone who claimed her name was Natalie. She claimed that she would have her manager Shatara give me a call. I haven’t received a call. I even gave a review on their website and still no email or phone call received. No resolve for the matter and money wasted and thrown down the drain. It had been a long time since I had patronized this business due to poor customer service experienced before, now they’ve lost me as a customer all together. How do you give someone the incorrect food and do absolutely nothing to attempt to rectify this matter!? That goes to show they do not value their customers at all. I will not patronize this unprofessional establishment ever again.
The app was user friendly and more order was ready at my arrival. I was greeted with a smile and a kind voice. The toast was warm and the juice chilled. Definitely my go-to after the gym!
The poor girl that worked there on the day of my order was working by herself. She was obviously stressed out as she chucked my sandwich on the counter. I then had to wait for her to complete someone else's order before she completed mine. She was less then enthused to help people with a smile.
Service has just gotten worse and worse. Put on hold for 10minutes to place a take out order and they are always out of certain ingredients. If you pay a premium for food/drink, you should receive premium service. I’ve received better service at McDonald’s. I will no longer be spending my money here. Disappointing to say the least.
I have never had a bad experience with this Clean Juice. Of course the smoothies, bowls, toasts, etc are delicious but their customer service is always top notch!
