Tasty acai bowl but a little pricey and not enough fruits available.
Ran put of spoons, ordered an acai bowl. How do you expect me to eat it? They told me to go somewhere else to get a spoon.
Pure organic ingredients. Love the selections of different smoothies.. The place is bright and inviting.. Friendly staff.
Foods pretty good if they make it right. I have ordered from here many times but they tend to give me my items with a main component missing. They won't tell you they are out of a main ingredient for a item they will just give you a uncompleted item which makes there food sub-par. Also don't order delivery they forget to send you all the items you order and give you a hard time about a refund.
I am not just a customer but also a Delivery driver for Uber Eats, Grubhub & Doordash and I often get orders for Clean Juice at 1616 Camden Rd in Charlotte, NCand everytime I go I am greeted with the most amazing customer service from Tyler. I remember my first time coming there and Tyler came out to the car to ask if I needed help. I could see his big smile under his mask. The next few times I came, he always greeted me friendly and I look forward to coming to Clean Juice rather it be as a customer or for work. Tyler represents Clean Juice extremely well as a friendly face and he deserves recognition and a raise. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely refer people to clean juice in the future just for the great service & experience from Tyler. We ordered and waited over 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. Finally, we went up and asked what was going on and they said they were out of one of the bowls we ordered and they told us that (they didn’t). Instead, they tried to give us some other “close enough” bowl for some lady named Susan that had been sitting out for 20 minutes and was very melted. Had they offered to make us our bowls fresh, even if they were replacements, we would’ve accepted and given this a shot. Instead we got a refund once the manager came back (who also questioned why we wouldn’t just take Susan’s lol).Long story short: I can’t speak to how the bowls taste, but the customer service is lacking
I want to love this place but I don’t. The service honestly takes FOREVER. I may be a New Yorker but 10 minutes for two people to make a juice when there’s one other customer is just too much. Smoothies are all completely flavorless… build your own with a juice base so it doesn’t taste like almond milk for $9. You’re welcome.
This was my first experience with Clean Juice. I love that I am getting organic fruits and veggies. Needed something quick so I ordered the protein toast. The flavors were so yummy. The quality olive oil used, was noted. I devoured it! . Staff was friendly and professional. Food was fresh. Drinks were great! I ate my toast in the car before pulling off. It was so delicious, I ran back in and ordered a second one. This is definitely my new favorite place for organic juices and shakes. The young man at the register was helpful in suggesting drinks. The entire staff were upbeat, smiling, and overall a joy! Although smiling and upbeat isn’t always practical.So glad I don’t rely on all reviews. For some reason rude and obnoxious customers want the best customer service. I experience this in my line of work. Be kind. “Give and to much is given”. Be kind customers, everyone needs kindness. Also, rarely in this world, does a place - please EVERYONE. You won’t regret visiting this place. I downloaded the app, to save on my next visit!
Expensive, but good is good. Some work are slow. Ordered thur app and still ended up waiting 15 minutes for order.
