Absolutely excellent food and staff, meal was much less expensive overall than we thought. Loved the atmosphere, super casual in some regards while also retaining that upscale quality. Definitely a place for wine lovers, but also served excellent mixed drinks as well.

A foodie dream! Lauren was awesome! If you are an authentic Italian/Spanish/Portuguese small plate food fan this not to be missed. Incredible food amazing wine selection and shop. Cant wait to go back!

My wife and I went here for dinner before we went to the theater downtown and we were not disappointed. This was our first visit to Cicchetti. Everything about this place is great. The have a very extensive wine list and drink menu to go along with their great food. Our server (Rudy) who was on loan from the restaurant next door to help out was amazing. My wife and I are currently not drinking alcohol and he went to the restaurant next door to get me a non-alcoholic beer because cicchetti didn't have any. The tapas here were all delicious but the star of the meal was definitely the dessert. It was a pistachio, strawberry, vanilla ice cream covered in a hardened chocolate and we paired it with some coffees. I can't wait to go back and try some of their vast selection of wines.

The highlight of our visit was the wine. They act like a wine shop so a Brunello, while slightly overpriced for retail, was a deal at a restaurant and was 4.3 rated on Vivino app. The small bites are where we slight went awry. Bruschetta derives from the Roman verb bruscare, meaning to roast over coals, so toasted bread. Unfortunately, at Cicchetti the bruschetta was not toasted, and for my wife and I not as good as it could have been. The tomato/cheese Bruschetta was tasty but heavy on the tomato side and with soft bread quickly became unwieldy. We also tried the chicken meatballs which were, again, good, but only warmed to lukewarm inside. My wife enjoyed the croquettes, and the dessert spumoni was very good. The wine was superb and many wines I looked at had great reviews and very reasonable prices. The wine was Cicchetti's saving grace from average to slightly above average.

Went for wine and appetizers!!! Folks working there were amazing. May go back tomorrow night before we hit Blumental:)

Had an amazing experience at Cicchetti in Charlotte NC. The space was super cool and the service was fantastic- our server Robin was incredible. There are half-price wine bottles Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays- what an amazing deal. The food was also terrific. We had the antipasto plate, the ricotta bruschetta and the bresaola small plate. They make a really good dirty martini also. Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible ambiance and amazing tapas bar influenced menu. The wine selection was second to none with multiple options to suit your pallet. The staff showed incredible hospitality and catered well to my girlfriend and I who were celebrating our anniversary. 5/5, would definitely recommend.Special shout out to Robin who was our server! (Ask for her)

Honestly one of the best bars for drinks in uptown!! Robin was a superstar at the bar. Our drinks were never empty and the laughs were also on tap. I love that one can go pick a bottle of wine and bring it back to the bar for then to cork. So fun!

We dined at Cicchetti’s for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal! The space is small, but has plenty of elbow room. You will want to make a reservation. It’s connected to Aria. Parking is always a challenge - we parked in Founders Hall parking garage. This is a wine bar, so you should expect wine for drinks. They do have wine inspired cocktails. Quick shout out to Robin, our server. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and her recommendations were on point. Speaking of on point - the food was phenomenal! Small plates situation. We tried their version of a charcuterie board and it was amazing. The cheeses were all very tasty and the focaccia bread is to die for! We also tried the gnocchi and chicken parm. They were great as well, but for the lasagna. Might be the best I have ever tried. Overall, very solid!!! Highly recommend!

Lovely food, wine and friendly bartender. The place has a good vibe and no corkage fees if buying from their retail wines. They also validate parking! We will be back!!
