The ghetto is interaction I’ve ever had. Arguing back and forth with a cashier while a mgr is right there on the front line fixing food didn’t say anything to the employee. Had 2 orders received the first one and it was incorrect. Asking him what did the ticket say he couldn’t answer. Goes get him a chair and sit down outside. I originally thought he was coming to confront me and my mother. I immediately got a refund and left. Mgr did nothing. Didn’t say a word. Took the food back through the window and walked off.
It appeared the dining room was closed, presumably from COVID still? So we had to eat in the car in the parking lot. Other than that the food was delicious. Yum yum!!
I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal from church’s friend chicken on eastway only 1 chicken was fresh the other 3 pieces was hard as rock I asked for a side order of fried okra and they did not have any side’s they only had French fries. This is my last time going to church’s fried chicken I have reported this site plenty of times but apparently as a customer our complaints doesn’t mean anything Do not go here!!!!
AVOID. I love the chain but this has to be the slowest Churches in town. I’ve been here several times and while I’m waiting in the drive thru there’s always a gathering of people outside enjoying a smoke break. Again, just avoid.
I gave my order through the drive through,and forgot 1order, and they refused to let me place the order. I could not go inside because they locked the doors because of lack of help. Now I own my own catering service and I also worked in the food service business, and there is on way we would refuse a sale. They wanted me to go and get back into the drive thru line after I payed for and received my first order. I just wanted a 3 pc. chicken, which I felt like it should have been do able. This location has fell off bad!!!! The grease their cooking the chicken in is old … I got chicken today looks like it was cooked yesterday and re-warmed smh… This use to be decent! Now with these new workers they need to shut down and start over health inspection needs to pay this place visit
Today my mom and I went to church's chicken on eastway dr the lady in the drive thru was the nicest lady I ever met. The chicken was so good who ever the cook is keep him or her it was the BEST chicken. My mom loved it
We drove to 2 locations prior to this one both were closed. When we came to this location thankfully they were open! We received excellent customer service from Shawn! She made our night with her fun conversation, and our food came out quick! It was fresh and hot! We will be back! Thanks again Shawn!!!
I ordered the 12 piece dark meal that feeds 6. I ordered 2 sides and biscuits. I did not receive my biscuits. When I called the number that's on line, it had been changed.
Wish i would have read these reviews before coming here. Food was not freshly cooked I ordered the feed 4 with mashed potatoes and gravy with mac and cheese. After a few minutes of eating i immediately had to go to the bathroom 2xs even my 2 year old son said his tommy was hurting....Neva going back there for nothing. This is bad this is food poisoning. Wish i could have gave it a 0.
