Staff was very rude, started putting the salad bar away before 9:30, SCISSORS on the floor in the middle of the walkway in a room full of children, tables were piled full of food. The place was disgusting. Also, the staff was not very knowledgeable. For $70 worth of play time we only played half because of how awful it was. ALSO!! When we walked out not a single person was guarding the door to make sure the children leaving belonged to us!!
Good place for kids to play, but please DON'T let them host a birthday party. There's so much to mention that went wrong and when it was addressed all the manager did was give my child an extra 20 tickets. What a Horrible and exhausting experience.. having to do their job for them. Not to mention i was never refunded for the child that didnt show up. Smh. Just happy my son had fun. That's the only reason they get a 3 from me. It takes alot for me to leave a bad review but if I can save another parent from what I had to go through.. so be it.
Adults reading this when you go to take your kids or a birthday party. Play ! play the games they actually have some pretty fun stuff for us to do too. Create some memories with the kids by challenging them to a race on the snow more board game, or ski ball or enjoy the virtual roller-coaster... warning its a bit shaky. Thank you Chuckie cheese staff, for providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the children.
There are things that are out of everyone's control, but what we can, let's do so. 60 tickets for 1 tootsie roll is a crime against children. It was better when the machines gave out the tickets, at least the kids knew what they were playing for. These knee machines you play and dont know what you've won. The establishment needs more games on the floor, kids run thru everything too fast. Asked that my wings be crispy and got them chewy, sent them back and they came back the same way. Threw them out. Money in the trash. Host was very nice. Myr needs to speak to floor help about keeping their pants on their waist. I dont want to see your draws when you bend over to clean a table, let alone walking by me. This is a kid establishment, be professional pick your pants up and keep em up!

Very happy with the experience here for my 5 year olds party! Clean location, friendly staff and we all had a blast!
I recently took my 7 year old grandson to Chuck E. Cheese for a night of fun and games. We both had a ball and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. We will go back again soon!
