Our office ordered a few dozen salads for a meeting and while the quality of the food is outstanding, the portions of everything IN the salads was hugely disappointing. The chicken ceasar salads contained the equivalent of a tablespoon of chicken at the most. The bowls were predominantly chopped kale. The portion of dressing was infinitesimaly tiny for the amount of greens. I'm giving them one more chance in a few weeks
Food is good. Not great, but good. One of the better salad places uptown. BUT Y’All HAVE GOT TO SPEED UP THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS. As others have said, it can take over an hour. No one has time for that.
More things wrong than right. Placed an order online for pickup. Walked home to sit down to eat and they had forgotten the dressings, not an issue typically. Walked back to grab them and after being ignored for a good 2 minutes, the attitude of the workers was disgusting, eye rolls and dirty looks from asking for something they forgot to give me. To top it all off, the actual food was super disappointing and just wrong. I ordered the Chinese Chicken bowl, which after starting to eat, I realized there was no chicken in it, but PORK. I don’t eat pork and had to go through and try to pick it out. There was also only about 6 pieces of lettuce in a bowl full of rice. Definitely will not be back
I’m usually satisfied with the food, but today… the avocado that was place in my bowl came from a tray of brown avocados that had other toppings in/on it. It looked like the avocado was literally picked out of another person’s salad and put back in the tray. And it was none of the toppings that were surrounding the avocado tray. I ask for fresh avocado instead. My salad was very skimpy. However, the server was nice and professional.

This great place for a quick, fresh, healthy lunch. Staff is friendly, food is good, variety is great. They have outdoor seating.
I have ordered food delivery many times from this location. If I could give unlimited stars, I would give it. This Chopt location is awesome the way they pack the food, I can feel a positive vibe.. they always use fresh ingredients, never forget to add cutlery.. I really enjoy the food from this place.. Thank you, Chopt team!! you truly know how to to take care of your customers.

So I ordered a Kale Salad a little while ago. Received the order pretty fast. Opened it only to find maybe 5 pieces(small pieces) of grilled chicken, chunks of something that resembled artichoke which I did not choose as topping,(which I have photos of and will upload them to the corporate email I'm sending since I cant here) initially I thought it was old lettuce because that's what it looked like and no roasted brussel sprouts, which I did choose for my salad. Also a large chunk of what was supposed to be feta cheese that should have been broken up. Point is is the salad was sloppily made. Called up the restaurant and was told by management that because I ordered it through Doordash I had to call them. He was a little apologetic but honestly didn't seem to care really. I asked him if they maybe put artichoke in the salad and he said they didn't even have artichoke there..so what the heck was put in there then?? So I called Doordash and was credited 3.04 for I guess what I didn't get. Ok fine, no big deal. Not looking for a free meal, just common courtesy. What they should have done was instead of directing me back Doordash, they should have re made my order the right way(they have my receipt on file), and sent someone to deliver it to me from the restaurant. I would have gladly given them the salad back to dispose of so they could see that all I wanted was the right order and and again, not a free meal. I've been in management for quite some time and it's times like this where if you want to keep an upset customer, you go above and beyond within reason, which is all I was asking for. At no point did I ask for my money back. When he insisted I contact doordash I was polite and didn't yell or anything. However, he should have made it right by sending someone to give me the food that I actually paid for when I ordered. I won't ever order from here again. Attention to detail is very important especially when someone chooses YOUR restaurant over a hundreds of others I could have chosen from. Ridiculous.
If you like Salads, this is the best place you can get!!! The food is EXCELLENT and they have great customer service. Very quick as well, if you are on your lunch break and only have a few minutes to eat.
