I love this salad option because the lettuce is in small pieces which makes it a lot easier to eat. I love the topping choices here as well but definitely not a place you wanna go often simply because of the price. You wonder how a $10 small bowl turns into a $16-$18 bowl just because of the toppings but if that’s a small imagine how much a large would be.
It's allot of good fresh ingredients and their dressings are really good and innovative. Sometimes I just GOTTA have really good salad and this has become my "never fails to please" spot.
The past 3 times my coworkers and I have ordered from here, our salads have been wrong. I ordered a Cobb salad that tasted great but did not have any chicken, and my coworkers salad was also missing chicken. I really love these sales but the accuracy of orders needs improvement!
To be honest, I absolutely love Chopt. The problem is, I have come to this location 3 times well before they have closed and they close early. Today was only 25 mins before close and they were already closed but I have come before a hour or so before the et closed and had a sign up they had been closed for 3 hours. The lady today was nice and said it’s a staffing issue and while I’m understanding, customers are driving from across town for food, possibly leaving other options on the table for poor service and not to have any heads up. Overstaff instead of cutting it close
I had the standard Cobb with ranch dressing. And it was good ... but just a tad short of real good. I appreciate the effort that goes into the prep, and the dinng area was clean and pleasant. The people watching is really good. I would definitely go back.
We love Chop’t. The salads are always good. Try the Santa Fe salad and Mexican soup. Those are our go-to salads/soup. Great location, but always busy. Pack your patience for Park Road Shopping Center.
Other than having fast service which is great, I would like if the people who are making the food can confirm what you would like on your salad ie. What type of chicken, instead of just throwing grilled chicken on your salad and also asking if you would like salt and pepper (which they did not ask) I haven’t eaten at Chopt in a while and this was not a great experience compared to my previous visits in the past. Also the woman making my salad on 02/05/22 around 6:10pm did not have on an apron. It felt very unsanitary.
So good! Wish the California pesto salad/bowl was still available because that was delicious. I feel like I'm waiting on a regular option that I'd love because I can't afford all the add-ons to the custom salads
Salad looked old. Soup was cold. Not a good experience. Whoever made July salad did not pay any attention to what was requested Ordered a salad and it looked old. It also had tomatoes in it and I asked not for that because I am allergic. My experience today with this place is not good.
I come to this location about two times a week every time I come I buy two salads totaling $26 so I spend over $50 a week. However the salads are good my issue with them is washing they hands and wearing glove’s. I had to tell them plenty times to wash they hands. And when they do wash them they sprinkle water on them with no scrubbing. I’ve seen a guy walk in from outside and start fixing bread. Also I’ve seen someone sweeping and just throw on gloves no hand wash at all. I guess I’ll be finding a new location to go to.
