Chopt is a great product and concept. This location routinely Under fills their containers. Go to the Park road location don’t waste your money here.

Great salads, go to spot for a healthy meal
The salads are good but the women that take your order is rude and unfriendly. It was my first time and she rushed me and didn’t explain anything to me.
Its salad is awesome! I love all kinds of salad there. But, the staffs are horrible. Especially the first one who takes the order...she is extremely rude and impolite. It seems that she doesn't know how to treat customers. Today, she misunderstood what I ordered and showed face with eye rollings instead of asking for clarification. Horrible manner - Those unprofessional manner demotivates me to revisit the place and find another salad bar in the town.
Great food, friendly staff and pretty clean. Wish they wouldn't keep the temperature so cold. I would probably eat there more often if they kept the temperature at something reasonable. Guessing it's below 65 on thermostat.
First time trying it, because saladworks was closed. Very unimpressed. Very expensive for what you receive. I ordered my dressing on the side and recieved a little 2oz cup for the whole salad. Pickled onions just tasted like raw onion, not pickled. Seems like a salad you could whip up at home, not worth the price.. Do not recommend
Our son recommended CHOPT to us. It's his favorite lunch place. We loved the experience. It was our first time, so the young lady explained everything to us. They didn't rush us or make us feel like we didn't belong because we were new.We decided to create our own. We wanted more chopped items than the 4 that came with the bowl. So we paid extra for each item.The togo bowl looked small but turned out to be more than we could eat at one sitting. So we had a second helping to take hope for later.Everything was fresh, and delicious.We'll most differently go back.Recommend it highly!
This place is terribley expensive for what I recieved. They were frugal (except for lettuce) with the ingridents to the salads I ordered. 90% of my salad was lettuce, 5% was sauce, the rest were the chicken and other garnishes for the salads. I ordered kids meals and they said they've run out of the side carrot and hummus and have been out for a while. How does a salad restaurant run out of carrots and hummus? They did not provide any of the condiment for the kids meal. On the floor they had no knives, no straw. The ladies at the cash register were dismissive and assumed customers were suppose to know what came with the order. If I hadn't asked for my bread that came with my meal, they wouldn't have given it to me. High profit margins, low quality or unavailable food and service. Do better Chopt, do better.
I’m completely speechless about how good this restaurant is. Staff are vivacious and they work together to put together an order very efficiently. The quality and the sense that the ingredients are real is really great, the food is just AMAZING! Lots of menu options to choose from or you can build your own salad. Overall exceptional and healthy restaurant!!!!
