Hello! I just wanted to write a review because there is some things that needs to be addressed with customer service. First of all it’s very understandable that during these times not many want to work, but then again you also need to find good people that have a customer service personality. The greeter at the door did not have that. It’s best to be more communicative with your guests and be able to project something in the lines of “Welcome folks! How many are there? Alright! Well there is a slight wait at the moment, I can put you down onto our waiting list to get you seated if that’s all good?” And then there’s also having the question that a guest will say is “why aren’t you seating people in this area?” Which you should also stay firm and give an honest reply (I know most places will block off an area to make it easier on cleaning during closing for sure!) but it’s best to be vocal about it with a good positive vocal tone so that you won’t get complaints later on… as well I think it’s best to train them on knowing where to seat how many people are in a party… for instance not seating a group of 9 people into a booth… yeah, that’s common since right there…Another thing I’d like to add is that the tables and seats seem as though they are not wiped down after cleaning up the plates from the table. We had to ask someone to clean it up for us and it would’ve been nicer if the person would’ve said “if it’s okay with you guys, could you stand for a moment so that I won’t spray on you?” I’ve had cleaning chemicals sprayed in my eye before while at work, although by accident, but to avoid the risk it’s best to be cautious.Overall the food is good! I highly suggest the Two for $25 meal if you are going with somebody else!
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I've ever had. We waited to be seated for almost 15 minutes...while multiple workers walked past us and no one acknowledge us. Someone finally seated us...broughtus beverages with no straws...then never came back to our table. Another 15 minutes pass and no one comes to the table to take our orders. There was ample staff and little customers...multiple staff members walk by and still no assistance. Needlessly to say we just walked out. Terrible service.
Worst experience at any Chili's ever, cold food, moldy broccoli, and took hour and half to get food. Manager basically said that we either take it or leave , we left never will go to the Chili's ever again in Monroe
Very disappointed with my to-go order. My shrimp Cajun pasta was the amount of a kids meal. For $14.39 and this is the amount of pasta your kitchen is satisfied with sending out. Do better!
Prior to this visit it didn't feel the same and been some time since we returned. So about 3 weeks ago went with the crew for chili's night. Suffice it to say Chilis isn't the most hopping place on a Saturday night, so we were looking forward to catching up before going into town. Was seated quick but was advised to sit inside by the hostess if we wanted to be served quicker. We were waited on by the/a manager, can't remember exactly. He mentioned that it was going to be a slow night because the chefs quit and all went next door to work at Link & Pin. It wasn't until after our order that really sunk in. Wait time wasn't unbearable, but slow for how many were there. We were among 10 tables & few at the bar. Restaurant seemed under 25% capacity. They refilled drinks and chips & salsa more than expected. Meal arrived warm and correct. Was happy to see the employees pulled it together but if that work environment perpetuates they'll be burned out quick. Had many positive experiences here and.. Wanna see this Chili's get back to business??
I was extremely disappointed that I had a simple order to go placed and when I got gone which was 10 min or so away and sat down to eat realizing out of the 3 orders I place my order which was a salmon plate with rice and broccoli and a side of corn was not in my bag. Only a small piece of salmon was in this big container and the side of corn was rolled up outside the container.. So of course I had to drive back to the place with an attitude and hunger. But as I got there I was calm to explain and show what I got in my order and the young lady was I thought you just wanted the salmon? What? Why would you think this and I said nothing but I would like the salmon plate with a side order of corn? Which I was charged for mind you. So as I said I did not make her feel bad nor come down on her because I took it as a innocent mistake and she was able to get the manager to come out. What I will say is the manager did not see the issue and comp. Anything for the inconvenience of going all the wat gone to then have to come there to then wait 15 min. For a fresh plate. Not that I needed it as very well financially set. But I'm certain if it was someone else... They would have got the right treatment. I come to this place often since I have a home in this area so it really is making me decide if I will come back to this location. As for the young lady I hold nothing bad towards her as it to me was incident mistake and I wish her well.
Well was at the restaurant and not even half full and was told 15 minute wait, so sat on bench over 20 minutes. Was finally taken to a table that was empty when we got there. Waitress didn't come over to for 10 minutes, took our drink order and food order. Then drinks didn't come for about 10 minutes. Was waiting for our food a while, was gonna leave then our food came ata 50 minute wait. Ordered Cajun chicken alfredo, that wasn't spicy. Just not over happy that we won't be back. Not once did a Manager come to our table. Done!
Katie was such an amazing server!! A glowing smile and great people skills. And the food was good. But Katie was the highlight of my visit
No one at the counter when we arrived. Waited 5 minutes. Ordered food that came out quick. But the waitress did not come back to the table for 30 minutes so we could leave. Only had a few tables. It was so empty in there.
Service and food are outstanding at Arboretum Chili's. Isiah is a sweet soul and his service and attention are outstanding!
