Love this location, Staff very FRIENDLY!! Food is Good, reasonable & fills u up!! My daughter & I lunch Break from Shopping!!
It was great to finally be able to enjoy Chili's again. They were very accommodating and the food was as good as I remembered before the pandemic. We were so full we forgot to order our skillet chocolate chip cookie we used to love.
Never fails with Chili's, its a hit or miss depending on cook. Today the expensive bone wings I ordered tasted like they were cooked frozen, skin was hard and leathery. No celery sticks given with them. Sigh... but employees are always helpful, polite and willing to make things right. Not this time though as I was unwilling to go back as I had ordered carry out.
Took my 3y/o Daughter out to dinner and we had a blast here. First off, Thanks to Luke who was our Server and also Bartended. Great guy, works fast, best service! I had the Mushroom & Swiss Burger and it was cooked perfectly! Fries crispy, took em down. My Daughter had the kids personal pan pizza with fries, she devoured it.Then we had the smaller version of the Chocolate Lava Cake. It comes with vanilla ice cream and some fantastic chocolate drizzle. And let’s just say, that I had to ask my three year old permission to have some Hahaha
It was okay. When I arrived the hostess greeted myself and my friend pleasantly and said you can sit wherever you like, it was quiet.The first thing I noticed is that the floors were dirty and sticky it did not smell as the place had been sanitized.I ordered a pasta dish with chicken it was okay and it was presented nicely. I ordered a BlackBerry Margarita in a big pretty glass but very little alcohol. It tasted good just no buzz.My waitress was very cordial and accommodating I just wish that the place was a little cleaner considering the times we live in.
If I could give no stars, I would. Although, Luis the host was in brighter spirits then the rest of the staff. We were here on a Saturday night. We received our drinks, the waitress placed the order for food and we didn’t receive our food for at least a good hour. She did not come back over to our table to let us know what the issue was….they must have had to go to the store or something….. It seemed to me the staff here was burnt out!! If you can’t run the establishment without burning out your workers, you shouldn’t have your dining room open for service. This is the first time and last time I will ever go to A Chili’s. We did take our food to go and I did tip the waitress out of pity, not because she deserved it. The food we brought home was dry and over cooked, Believe it or not….Chicken tenders for the kids, a cheeseburger and fajitas…. My dog didn’t even want it…. A good $105.00 wasted.
We ordered DoorDash and this was my son’s kids meal….burnt old tenders and cold overcooked fries. I had to cook him a whole different meal. You all have to do better. Why would you give this to someone, knowing good & well that you wouldn’t eat it.
Food wasn't cook on some of the orders. And the ones that was cooked didn't taste like anything, had a party of 8 and they made us sit separated. Due to covid, other restaurants let the party sit together, pull tables together to accommodate.
The host made me and my family feel like we were in the segration Era. She placed people of no color who walked in behind us in front of us in line, and of course they were not black or brown. We were on a list. She tried to put us in the middle of the restaurant by the bar where it was tight, but planned everyone else where they wanted to be seated. It was until i told her that was enough and i was not going to shoot there, she asked where would we like to sit. She turning down 2 spots we asked about sore allowed us to sit by the front door next to the other black couple. It was apparent she treated us different. I will not invest my money in an establishment where I'm treated as such. The bad part is she was offering a job to a none colored young man and said she was the general manager. Something is wrong with that picture of behavior. Not to mention she treated our none colored waitress bad as well. She was yelling at her in front of the guests and making her rush to do a bad job, but our waitress was awesome!
I love it here! Great food and great staff but the General Manager here, Racist Ronda (yes her real name is Ronda) needs a new profession. Seriously. The way she interacts with Black customers is truly disgusting. I don’t know if anyone knows the slang saying “she tried to son me” but she most definitely did that. Ronda had no clue how much THIS Black Girl spends at Chili’s (I live 2 minutes away) . The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because Jesus and Chili’s Customer Service in their corporate office saved Racist Ronda. When I told them about my experience with Racist Ronda, they really listened and cared about what I had to say. I will continue to eat here when Ronda is off the clock.
