We stopped in tonight, and when we got to the hostess stand, we noticed the bar was completely dark, no bartender, and it appeared they were not serving drinks. I asked the hostess if they were serving drinks, and she replied, “no, I don’t think so anymore”. WTH?! It’s a Saturday night!! Your restaurant is called Chili’s Grill & Bar! But no bar!
Why are they still open?? My wife put in an online order around 9:30 and the payment went through. We got there close to 10 and they were closed! The hours online and in the restaurant say 11. We spent the last of what we had towards that meal and my kids had to go without for the night! They don’t realize how they’re effecting others by the lack of concern on their part. Closing A whole Hour and a half early?!! Please please don’t even waste your time or attempt to try this location.
Went here tonight. We waited a while to be seated. While sitting there after about an hour waiting for our food we saw a roach crawling on the wall. We left immediately. Erin was the only waiter working. She was handing 5 or more tables by herself. She was super sweet.
They only had one server who of course had a bad attitude. Talked to everybody else but was rolling his eyes at us. My friend has been a vegetarian for years and they served him food with meat in it which he ate before he noticed and he even asked the server several times before eating to make sure, they acted liked it wasn’t a problem. Awful service
It was literally the worst togo order I've ever had anywhere. I ordered an appetizer online. I happen to be staying next door so I just went over there to wait in my designated parking spot. I reported my parking spot and waited there for 40 minutes. My appetizer finally came out beyond the time that it was scheduled and I went back to eat. Besides the fact my order is wrong, but is correct on the receipt, tells me they did not check the order. When I tried calling them, I spoke with the person at the togo counter which he told me to hold for the manager. 15 minutes later on hold I gave up. I ate what I could from the meal I had and will never eat there again. I hate the fact that people don't care even when it's their job.
This chili's is disgusting! It has a horrible service and a 73 food rating. One of the failures was for no soap at the wash sinks!!! That's so gross they can not even wash their hands. This is the worst rating I have ever seen at a restaurant! Be aware this same location makes food for “It’s Just Wings” and “Maggiano’s Italian Classics" it should be shutdown
The bartender was awesome! He was serving tables to help the shortage in staff. I want to say his name was Derrick? He had really cool snake earrings. We appreciated him!
We walked into Chili's excited to eat with our 5 kids. However once again,like the last visit we eneded up leaving before being sested. The only waitress working told us that we would have to wait 20 minutes because she had 3 tables already and they were short on staff like usual. The entire place was empty aside from the 3 tables. I cannot believe that this has happened 2 times to us at separate locations. This was once a place we dined at often. We will not be giving it a 3rd chance. So over Chili's.
Chili's offers an amazing VEGGIE-FAJITA. I'm a picky vegetarian & I'm so enjoying this dish.How can I describe this dish with a combination of veggie-meat, and...a delicious combo of rice, black beans, sauce & toppings that satisfy...along with several large asparagus spears on top.....EVEN WITHOUT animal meat!My husband, a meat eater, prefers this delicious entree over all the meat options.THANK-YOU, CHILI'S!!!
Made a call in pick up order the person that took the order was very nice and helpful. It was a Birthday dinner for my Son the steak was cooked correctly, however the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli looked and tasted like it was cooked in the same pan as the steak. Everything was brown. My buger was over cooked (burned),cheese was burned and hard, couldn't eat the potatoes. The ony thing that was good was the Street Corn.
