Is it a fancy Steakhouse? No.Are they steaks better than Firebird next door or Dean's Italian Steakhouse - 1000% yes.My steak came out hot, juicy and it didn't cost me even one third of the fancy Steakhouse price.10/10 recommend!
The host had her hair wrapped but for bed silk scarf style there was 1 table with people place completely empty the bartender was sweeping up dust pan and all when I walked in at 10:20 they close at 12 (per website) those should have been big enough signs but I had already ordered online just a spinach queso appetizer that’s all & my order was still a major fail missing the guacamole chips stale & there was less than half the queso in the actual cup which from the last time I had this definitely was a bigger to-go container
I wish I could give this restaurant 1 star for just one employee Tasia (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling) I’ve never seen someone so incompetent. She’s supposedly the hostess but NEVER hosting. She was rude, ignoring guest, and looking at us as if we were bothering her for helping her receive a paycheck. I had to take a rag myself and clean the table for my date and I ! However, our server McKenzie was 10 STARS around the board an immaculate spirit, and extremely attentive. The food was half and half. They need more staff like McKenzie and see about taking Tasia back through training or back out the door.
The food was good and service was quick it was not crowded at all, but I did go before rush hour?. Our waiter was very friendly and always checking on us to see how things were going?. Very clean as well as the bathrooms. At Northlake.
Went for lunch with 2 other co-workers before a class nearby. We were seated within a couple of minutes and given menus. Several minutes later the waitress came to get our drink orders. Already knowing what we wanted, we ordered our meals with our drinks. The waitress brought the drinks right away but didn't return to the table for 40 minutes. When she came by to check on us we told her we had a class starting soon and didn't have our food yet. She said she'd check and be right back so we waited almost 10 more minutes before walking out.There were maybe 12 other customers seated so we assumed we could enjoy our meal and still make it to training. We were very wrong. In hindsight, if we had left 10 minutes earlier we could have at least hot a drive thru on the way to class. Live and learn.
Waited forever for someone to acknowledge me to be seated and it wasn’t due to staff shortage, plenty of servers there who all saw me waiting. Our party ordered a frozen margarita and it took 15 minutes for our waitress to tell us their machine was broke to make it frozen . They were out of the gummies for the kids drinks, they were out of queso. The sirloin with asparagus was so salty it was inedible as well as the salmon with asparagus. The kids Mac n Cheese didn’t even have a taste and was so dry. The waitress was hardly available when we needed her and we would have to flag down another server. Place was filthy. I had a terrible experience the time before this but because we used to love this place and go almost once a week a few years ago, I decided to give it another chance. That was it for me I will never go back I am not sure what has happened to this place but it was terrible, service and food. We don’t have very many good restaurants over this way so I hate to see how this Chili’s has gone down hill
Terrible. Went there with my family for my birthday and we all had issues with our food. Service was acceptable enlight of the staff shortage but the food was not. Ordered a whole rack of ribs and the portion was very disappointing to say the least. Also, burger was way over cooked, the chili was way to salty to eat (even our waitress said she didn’t like their chili), fries were cold, and baked potato soup tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer all day and finally had been served. Worst $50 I’ve ever spent. We will not be going to Chilis again.
Absolutely terrible! I went in with my family and patiently waited for 12 minutes. I know they are short staffed...however I watched another family walk in, sit down at the table across from mine, and I swear it was not even 4 minutes, and they were getting waited on.My family & I were never acknowledged, we were completely ignored. So we asked for the manager...to let him be aware of what was going on. Funny thing was...the manager did not even care. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. Absolutely terrible service. Manager didn't even seem to have a care in the world. If I could give this a 0 star review...I'd do it with no hesitation whatsoever. Never will I return to this Chili's restaurant.
Saw my server in this order: drinks, food delivery, check . She didn't ask if we wanted dessert or anything. I thought it may have been because she was busy however the server behind me was superb, he frequented his table accordingly. Dissatisfied all-around.
So my husband and I walk in to the Chili's and we wait...and wait....and wait.....and...you guessed it ...wait. There was no one at the front desk. A waitress saw us waiting and no acknowledgement of our waiting. Finally my husband stepped about 5 feet from the kitchen and asked is it open seating or is someone supposed to seat us!?A waitress replied...I'll get the girl ". My husband returns to the front, and we wait..and wait. Finally a woman comes up to the front and asks us how many? We tell her 2 and then she proceeds to tell us it will be a 10 minute wait. It didn't look crowded at all. However we understand that due to the pandemic, staff is short. But what was irritating was this girl's nonchalant attitude as well as the unengadged staff. No apology for our wait, no welcome. It was not a positive experience. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. We just weren't in the mood for bad service. Highly unlikely we will return to this location.
