Terrible I would not attend I was on vacation and this had got to be the worse ever
I just ordered from Chili's. I ordered the Southwestern eggrolls and an order of chips and salsa with extra salsa. I get a huge bags of chips and a 1/2 container of salsa. I didnt even get the extra salsa. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I called to speak to a manger and hung up after 15 minutes. I called to place a pickup order before Covid hit as I left from work so it would be ready when I got there. Someone answered the phone, put me back on hold and never caame back to the phone. I had to go inside to place my order and wait. This is unacceptable. The prices are increased, the sizes are cut in half and the service is horrible. Chilis will not get my money again. This is not a 1 time thing but an every time thing. Chili's you need to do better. Every time we order somethis is wrong, missing or portions are very small.
Restaurant is dirty. Splattered food is dried on seats, walls and the floor. Staff partying in the kitchen. Kitchen smells like a dumpster and the odor can be smelled in the restaurant. Parking lot is littered with disgusting trash. Stay away.
Terrible customer service. I used the link for carside. Waited over 15 minutes and know one brought food out. Watch several others at carside wait and than finally go in. I decided to call and was told someone would be out shortly. No one ever came so I finally went in. Food was just sitting there waiting. Never had this experience at any other Chili’s but this one
love chili grill and bar. lunch was great day thanks for all work today
Me and my cousin went here to grab lunch. I’m not a Chili’s fan but I haven’t been in some years. This location only has one person working the whole inside dining. She seats you, she works the bar, takes the order and seat more people. Although she handled the pressure well you can tell she was overwhelmed and here attitude and energy wasn’t there it was just blah. She stated that she has to do it alone everyday which is extremely sad. So of course with all that said the food took forever to come out and I mean forever 50minutes exact which was very frustrating. The fajitas was decent meaning the shrimp and steak nothing special at all. Looks better than it tasted. The pico and guacamole was old. The table behind us sent it back and I heard the worker say it’s probably just old. The rice was very hard and old, but I do believe with a different location with more staff the experience would’ve been better. Waste of money and time.
This was the ABSOLUTE WORST food service experience I've ever had. I came in with my two kids at 2:00 p.m. we were not seated until 2:15 even though there was only three tables sat when we came in. This entire experience took us 2 hours. Our poor waitress was running around with no help, and towards the end of our meal enlighten me that it was only her second day. She was by herself, had no backup, apparently was not trained. Our drink orders were wrong, the food was terrible, I ordered a steak and was given no knife. We sent one dish back because it tasted so bad, and it took 35 minutes for the replacement dish to come out. My mashed potatoes were crispy like potato chips, and to top it all off, my boys wanted a skillet cookie with ice cream, so I ordered it. The cookie was completely raw. And I mean doughy, stringy doughy raw. This was at 4:15 when this happened and I guess the manager had just showed up. Her "discount" for having terrible service, terrible food, and raw food was $10. I hate to sound like a "Karen" or that person, and I understand that food service is understaffed because people don't want to work it, but this is absolutely absurd. It was bad enough for me to call corporate for a $57 lunch that was inedible and a miserable experience.
Terrible experience. How can you bring me back a twenty when I gave you a 50.00 bill for a 4.00 beer. Sat the party at two tall tables and small one when tables were pushed together for another party. I mean, this could have been handled better. Had to wait for take out orders first before being seated and please wash that sticky bar.
We were never greeted or seated. When we found a table on our own, we were told we couldn't sit there. Obvious staffing issues. We went to the Chili's in Pineville.
I’ve been coming to Chili’s for over 10+ years. Never in a million years have I heard that tables are unable to be moved to accommodate the costumer. (There were only 6 of us) I would think that being understaffed would make you want to go above and beyond for the costumers that you do get, but apparently that is not the case at this location. Thank you but no thank you
