Chillis has really fallen. They only had one server and one of the ovens wasn't working at the time. So, their was a limited amount of food we could order. They had so many signs on the door indicating this before you walked in. The server wasn't bad and she was new, but we also didn't get our food in a decent amount of time. She was doing her best being the only one on the floor. All in all I probably won't be going back.
Curbside was ineffective. Everyone had to go in and pick up their take out and we had to figure that out after waiting 30 minutes past the time our dinner should have been ready and brought out. The text and call feature for curbside was not accurate due to lack of employees working;no one came outside after text check-in and no one answered the phone from the number the text message said to call if any issues. Basically, don't go out bra-less, shoeless, and expecting to stay in your car. You may have to go in. My food was cold. I do have compassion though for everywhere that is short staffed. So this isn't a bad review, just an informative one so that you do not make the same mistake as me, barefoot and free. Be prepared. This was also a Fri night. Busy, understaffed, and still the food was good! Thanks Chili's staff for your hard work!!!
so good then the food is really good and yummy ?
Poor customer service and experience. Ordered food via Doordash, notified no driver available and would have to either cancel or pickup. Went to restaurant, and they couldn’t locate my order, and then said it was canceled. The food wasn’t for me, and so I had no choice but to re-order and wait 40+ minutes for them to make the to-go order. On top of that, they were out of seafood to make the seafood pasta, so had to settle for something else. It’s shameful how pathetic this location has become. Hopefully they get their act together or close up for good.
Terrible Chili’s location. I eat at Chili’s around my home all the time, but this location is TERRIBLE! On a Friday night, they only have half the restaurant open which extends the wait time. So we placed a curbside order. Since we were already at the restaurant, we entered our curbside spot number and just waited in our car. Every curbside spot was full but we noticed no one was bringing orders out. So finally, I went in and checked the shelf full of waiting orders and sure enough, ours was sitting there getting cold along with 10 other orders. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the order wasn’t even right. My wife had fajitas with no tortillas. The steak was so tough it was not edible and my fries were cold. This location should go out of business as it destroys the reputation of a usually decent restaurant.
We waited up front in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes (yes, we timed it) and we were not greeted and not sat. Several employees came out the back looked at us and turned back and just walked back into the back like they hadn't seen us.Update:We ordered waters while we perused the menu. The waters took awhile to be brought by the hostess. Our server never came to the table and we waited more than 10minutes. Multiple other tables had their drinks brought and orders taken. Various employees wandered around the restaurant and were messing around. The bartender was mixing something in a large bucket on the bar, which seemed odd. We asked if the waters were free (just in case) then walked out on them
Bartender was great. Lots of personality. Food was average, but the building was filthy. Bathrooms were so gross that I was questioning the food I ate. The stalls and walls were black with mold or other. If you can't keep your bathroom clean, what does the kitchen look like?
Lucky Jameson Margarita ? Drink ?It was the best ??? and our waitress WE LOVED HER and will be back on her shift ?
My friend and I arrived at this chilis at 4:10. By 4:20 we still had not been greeted by a host or anyone who worked there. Multiple employees saw us waiting by the hosts stand and the host herself even saw us and immediately turned around and went back into the kitchen. After looking at the restaurant I saw there was 2 people sitting at the bar and only three tables were sat while there were 7 workers plus the bartender standing around. When she finally did come out to greet us she had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She got our drink orders (two waters) and took a long time to bring them back saying our waiter would be out soon. Two other tables had been sat, drink orders taken and food orders were starting to get taken and we had not even seen our waiter yet. By 4:35 we asked a worker if the waters were free and after receiving confirmation we promptly left the restaurant. This is utterly ridiculous.
I have had several curbside orders that I have waited Loooooonnnggg after the food was supposed to be ready. I have also had several issues ordering takeout and they have run out of items. Instead of calling (maybe they don’t have the staff) they wait until we get there to say “Oh we don’t have that item”. Then we have to wait again for the items to be prepared. Service has gone downhill but that may be a result of Covid issues and staffing ??♀️.
