Excellent foot and service !! Always a great experience at this Chili’s !
I added a lot of pics and video telling my friends i was at Chili's, however the quality of food was awful. The poor people that work here are suffering, my server has already quit a week ago but was still on payroll. My brother in Christ you chose to eat here.
Well I don't think they have any covid safety practices. It ook 45 minutes for us to be seated so we finally chose to just sit at the bar. The bar hadn't been cleaned and it took them another 30 minutes to do that. My food was cold after waiting forever for it. But my drinks were ?.
Honestly it could have been a lot better. It seemed like almost no one was actually interested in working besides the bartender. I witnessed them turn away a family and then accept 3 or 4 smaller groups. Everyone seemed focused on pleasing one large table while the other tables had to wait to receive drinks, apps, get food cleaned up etc. Also I wasn't given change back even after giving a more than sizable tip in regards to my total check.
We visited on a random Monday in March at about 2 PM and everything was exceptional. Service was quick and efficient, lunch specials were good value for the portions. Salad was crisp and fresh, and burger was cooked to perfection. We'll have to visit again on a busier day to know for sure, but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
Takeout disaster, Chicken tenders were not fresh even though I waited 10 minutes after I arrived. The chips were under cooked and very greasy, most were tossed out. I won't be doing takeout from this location again. I am normally a big fan of Chili's food but this takeout was not up to their high standards. I hope they can improve.
Chicken pasta was super yummy as were the margaritas. Much better than other margaritas as they use fresh lime and other juices. The chocolate cake was super spongey with chocolate sauce . A wonderful experience with superb hostess to bartender skills. This appears to be very clean and well maintained Chili's due to staff. Thank you will come again.
Really enjoyed the service and the food was great! We went right after we landed and it was near our hotel, so we walked there. The server Beans/Frioles was cool as ever too! Definitely would visit again if I'm back in that area.

This was the third Chili's restaurant we visited tonight due to issues with short staffing, and I must say, although also short staffed, the customer service at this location was amazing! Our server Naimah was very attentive and kind despite having many other tables. The manager Kerri is incredible and seems to be one of the hardest working people I have ever seen in an establishment. Kerri was very cheerful in greeting us upon our arrival, and later I saw her working the bar, cleaning tables, and seating other guests. I actually preferred not to frequent this location in the past, but tonight I had a great experience, and I will most definitely be back!
