Racist staff, waited 20 minutes before waitress came by stated our waiter was busy and took order. No waiter or waitress came by to ask if we needed anything or to refill drinks. Next table, white customers, the waiter came by 8 times to see how they were doing and refill their drinks. We had to ask another waitress to get refill, she stated she will get our server, no one came. Found out the waiter that was serving the table next to us was our waiter. Left no tip. This is our last time going to our neighborhood chili's. There are alot of great restaurants in our neighborhood.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here At All. Our waiter, bless his heart, slow slow service, maybe they are understaffed but he needed to write down our order. He had to repeatedly come back to ask us what we had ordered, and how do you bring a salad out without dressing? The chili was terrible (yes, isn’t that ironic) The guacamole was delicious and they always have the best chips! My steak was Rare/raw even though I ordered medium. This restaurant was dirty. Unlike any other Chilis we have ever visited. Our poor waiter had such issues with our bill he went to get the manager. We waited and waited. The same manager that ridiculed him near us just a few minutes before the bill debacle. We will not be back at this establishment.
I feel TERRIBLE for these employees. This isn’t a true review of this location so much as a review of chilis as a company. They need to fix their system and the way they take payment. It’s crashed numerous times in the past to where employees can’t take payment and can’t put in food orders. Additionally, the mini payment stations on each table are slow, broken, or unusable 78% of the time. This results in angry customers and heckled employees who 100% don’t deserve the harassment. CHILIS: FIX YOUR ISSUES!!! CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES WILL THANK YOU!
The waitress was friendly, food was good. The rice was kinda cold and not a lot of flavor to it but everything else was good.
As always the chips and salsa were great.. service was not great but as most places they appeared to be short handed and working as hard as they could. Thanks for showing up to work.
The food was great, the bartender was sweet and compassioned of her job. The steak was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Had a great time at Chilli's. The manager Bailey was awesome (I think she was visiting) Our bartender Kelly was on point and made sure we never ran dry.
Lunchtime. It was very relaxing, the servers were very attentive. I was with a friend and we had an infant. The staff were very accommodating. As the child got a little tired and started to fuss, as per request, the staff hurriedly got us our To go boxes. We left so we would not disturb the other diners. (Yeah I am the considerate patron). I got the chicken fajitas, did not get to eat but one bite. But what I did have was very delicious. My friend she had at the chicken Alfredo and the special Margarita, she said it was exceptionally wonderful.I definitely will be back.
I ordered carry out from this location & went inside to pay at the pick up section. There were two cashiers at the counter & both of them were not wearing their masks. The both had them on, but not covering their nose or mouth. It seemed very irresponsible considering the climate of the pandemic & seemed a lack of care for the safety of other people especially customers to not take safety precautions for COVID.
Stopped in 30 mins before closing to get a To-go order. Went in to place the order, no one around. Went over to the bar, bar tender was having a conversation with a couple. I waited until he finished his conversation, he then walked past me and to the back. 5 people came out and saw me, all 5 ignored me. One came out to give another customer their order they came to pick up. I tried asking her if it was too late to order but she ignored me and disappeared to the back. I realize it was 30 mins before closing but at least tell your customer that it's too late to order if that's the case. This wasn't the first time. I've had the same happen during the day when they were apparently too busy to take the order.
