I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday evening around 7:25pm. The staff seemed terribly upset that we entered the restaurant 35 minutes prior to closing. Then we sat down and that was a problem. Seriously, it was 35 minutes prior to closing. It is not like there is any food that needed to be cooked. Take a scoop of chicken salad and put it on bread along with my chips. I am very cautious and mindful of entering restaurants close to closing. I worked in the business for many years. Very disappointed in the whole staff at this location. Will not be going back period. If you want to go home at 7:30, then close earlier.
So much waste. The plastics used to serve a meal are excessive. Any place that still uses styrofoam gets a bad review in my book. It’s terrible for the environment and has easy recycle-able or biodegradable replacements. We need to push for restaurants to get with the times and help reduce waste.
A very young adult does not understand customer service and the importance of it. He felt the need to talk back when he was advised that the soda machine wasn’t working. Stating he doesn’t know how to do it and walked away leaving people frustrated on a hot day.
Yummy chicken salad that’s ready quickly for lunch. And the tortilla soup is AMAZING. I like Lauren’s Lemon Basil best. Try it!

Great service, great selection of menu items and it was SO good!! Everything tasted very fresh and the flavors were delicious. It's obviously a very well loved restaurant with many happy looking people coming to pick up lunch. :) I'm excited to return.
I really would have liked to have given this establishment 5 stars but....Wait time @lunch time is ridiculous too long for a chicken salad sandwich. And I will admit, it's a 50/50 blame. People you have to read the whole damn menu to and not the most enthusiastic staff sets me late from my 30 min lunck break every time.But heres the kicker!!!Chicken salad sandwich off the damn chain.I sware i wish i could give them five star...I get the original, nothing fancy, with a cup of soup. Potato or Broccoli soup. Soup well worth it. I get back to my desk, late, and smash! Boy I tell you... That's some type of special eating.Priced just right. Dont hurt the pocket and your full, but on the light side. No idous.Food most definitely gets 5 stars but that service.... ugh...Uno
We were in Pineville on short notice for an appointment. When we saw Chicken Salad Chic on our drive home, we knew we must stop for a delicious and healthy dinner. We haven’t found a selection we don’t like!
The chicken salad is delicious. The service is slow. The "ready time" for online orders should be adjusted to reflect reality. Also, it isn't clear where ready online orders are located until staff announces it when a new person comes in looking for their order.
Stuck deciding between 2 stars or 3.Here's the thing, it's good. The staff was friendly. Place was clean.But my struggle. It's pricey and your quantity is subpar and the flavor isn't STRONG, which may not be what everyone wants but I wanted to really TASTE the flavors I chose. I also thought paying almost $9 I'd have at least an inch of chicken salad on the sandwich. Just my thoughts. Again, it's good just not good enough to warrant me (personally) spending that kind of money.
