Food was cold and burnt. Tasted old and the person that took my order over the phone was very rude and rushed me with order. Did is to high to be this nasty

I'm here to give a 1star for how my aunt was treated recently at this location. Last Tuesday she ordered a pork chop dinner and was served a very different meal. The meat was boneless for 1 fried in cornmeal for 2 and soaked in grease for 3. The staff was very rude and refused to fix her order or give her a refund. My family has patronized this location for years and this was absolutely unacceptable. This was horrible customer service and needs to be fixed especially when Changing menu items. The owner (dad) recommended that she don't order it anymore and that he's always cooked the pork chop in cracker meal WHICH IS NOT TRUE!
Pulled up & it looked closed. Empty. No lights on. 1 blue car parked to the right of the building. Painted on the glass is a message saying call in only (or take out only). I should've taken a picture. I'm at another location.I did actually call while I was still in the parking lot & got a message that the line was busy. If it's call in only or if they're closed, it needs to be made known just as the Bradford Rd location.
i have eaten here since 94 and the food is always great never had a problemthe staff are great and always friendly so if you are ever in charlotte nc be sure to stop in .and get the dbl cheese burger

If I could give zero stars I would! Filthy, nasty restaurant and MANAGER! I had hair and a BUG COOKED in my BURGER. I took the plate of fil dry back after speaking to the lady at the window and she assured I would have my refund. What a lie!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS DIRT BOX!!!!! Consumers spend hard earned money to be given food borne illnesses during a pandemic and still get compensated for it!!! SHUT IT DOWN

You have to call in your order due to COVID-19. I love to go here when I get home from off the road, for a good hotdog plate. The atmosphere is always nice n friendly.
One of the best take out places in Charlotte!!! Quality, quantity, and the best service. It can't be beat!!!
