Quick curbside order placement & payment while in line in my car! Order was ready in less than 60 seconds at the window. Drove home & my chicken sandwich was still warm, juicy and quite delicious. ?
Great fast service all fast food places should take notes after waiting in line for 15 min and driving away got served in 10 min with way more cars in line.
RACIST!! Stopped in the Arboretum location in Charlotte North Carolina. Was assisted by a person named Jess. Ordered a large diet sunjoy. No other customer was in line when I approached the counter. After paying for my order a customer finally arrived and Jess told me to step aside so that she could take their order instead of fixing my one item, a drink. I let her know that I would prefer that she make my drink so that I could leave. She was very upset about that and made no secret of her distain for my request and me personally. After making the drink, she proceeded to slam my drink on the counter and give me a straw that landed in a wet spot on the counter. I asked to speak to a manager and was assisted by the marketing Director. While talking to him in a spot about 10 feet from the counter, Jess stood a few feet away staring daggers at me. She was extremely hostile and looked like she wanted to attack me. The marketing Director had to ask her to leave. I did speak with the store GM Robert who did not seem too upset or surprised by her behavior. He did not offer to remake my drink or refund my money or give me a gift certificate or anything. I felt terrible after this experience. No one should have to have this happen to them when getting a drink at a Chick-fil-A.
Food was hot, good and fast through the drive through. The staff was more interested in chatting with each other than customers though.
I ordered two kid meals with fruit cups, and one of them has mold growing on a blueberry. It was very disappointing. I wonder how long they were kept in their storage and served to us. I always had trusted the quality and cleanness of Chick-fil-a food but not anymore.
I love how fast they are going through the drive thru. The line can be very long but the time it takes to get you thru it is priceless especially when you are in a rush. Food was great and my large order correct.
Food was good as usual- glad they gave the drive through workers. The little rain boxes to wear! Amused me for sure, but love that they aren’t getting soaked

I generally enjoy this location and their crowd management except this day while in drive through a young man and lady were Taking orders without a mask. I quickly secured my mask and the young man asking for my order had saliva over his lips and each time he spoke there was a noticable spray of spit. I brought to his attention that because he was spraying while talking he said, "I will try and do better." I told him to put on a mask and his response was "I'm ok, I don't want to wear one." I asked What about the customer and he just gave this wicked grin. Isn't there a sanitary violation here? If not, there ought to be one.
