First dine in experience since the pandemic and I was absolutely delighted. Sit down service at a fast food restaurant.
the nasty light skinned girl at the window with brown braids has an ugly attitude. she would fit in perfectly at mcdonald’s, someone give her an application for me.
Chick-fil-A is always quick and on top of things but this location is the opposite. My wife and I ordered Chick-fil-A sandwiches, and fries. The fries were cold and mine had a hair in it. We specifically asked for sauce and they forgot all of them.It was very disappointing to wait for subpart food and service. We won't be back to this location.
The lack of customer service at this location is upsetting. I understand mistakes happen and the customer isn’t always “right” but we have rights as a consumer. Even if it’s $12 in a fast food restaurant, it’s money that I spend for a certain level of expectation. I could’ve gone to McDonald’s for the experience I recently received!
What happened? Been going to this location for a couple of years now and have always had hot, fresh food until tonight. Such a disappointment for both myself and my husband. Sandwich buns were greasy and soggy and the french fries were cold and salty. The milkshakes were the only items we enjoyed.
By the grace of God I arrived today around 4pm and miraculously there was no line in the drive thru. I pull up and Maleena delivered THE BEST customer service I have ever received at Chick Fil A in all my years of coming faithfully. She complimented my engagement ring ? and it really made my day because I just got engaged on 2/22/22. We chatted briefly about wedding planning and how stressful it is and she really helped me feel relieved and told me everything is going to work itself out. It might sound crazy but it really is the little things at CFA that make your day. Thank you to CFA and Maleena for making a stressed out bride smile ?
The staff is familiar with the regulars who dine in and take extra time to speak with them and make sure that everyone leaves with a great experience.
I arrived and saw that the line was in the street, so I decided to go inside where there wasn't a wait and order my food as soon as I came inside. Surprisingly the car that was behind me when I was so far back I wasn't even in the parking lot got there order 5 min before I received mine. They only cater to the drive thru
Overall we like this location. It’s close to home, operates well, and quickly deals with issues in a professional manner. We live less than 10 minutes away and get lunch here regularly. Today was a not a good visit, but after a short call with the manager we have no doubt the issue will get rectified. Our fries did not seem fresh and were half full for a large… which is a waste of money if the cup only gets half full. The manager said the fries have a tendency to deflate, and we haven’t had that issue before between us placing the order and then getting home to eat. And for 2 orders of fries? Just out of the ordinary since we regularly order from here. The added picture was how the fries were taken out of the bag. We had not consumed any by the time this picture was taken and my boyfriend’s Fry cup looked the same.. half full for a large.The manager was nice, listened to my complaint, and offered free fries on our next order. We do appreciate it. Im sure we will be back within the next 5 days and we hope the visit will be back up to the expectation this location has set.
Store was clean,staff was courteous and very busy. AJ made sure that I got the service that I needed and is a great asset and would be an Amazing Manager!!!
