1st time ever having a bad experience at chic fila. Never been to this one by my job. Order a salad in the morning for lunch. Drive thru was packed like always got to window..salad wasnt ready, she had questioned about the chicken. I had time to get to work before I got in line but was late because of Salad, if i hadnt paid already I would of drove away. Bad part I get to work and pull out Salad and I barely had any southwest mix on it, called left message and never got a call back. Upsetting to buy a $10 salad and it was poorly made and was late to work when im less than 2 miles from my job.
The absolute worse chick fil a I have ever been to. The customer service is the absolute worst, which tbh I really wouldn’t care too much about, but they forget/mess up my order almost every single time. Unfortunate bc this CFA is so close to my house, but dang I might just start driving further because this is ridiculous. Whoever the operator/manager is needs to either retrain or rehire their crewUpdate: just went to go get my meal and the cashier who was helping us who was reading my receipt tried to use my receipt to cover up a bug crawling on the counter. Please just go to the one on sunset.
Went through the drive thru Friday morning on 5/20 at 8:30am, The lady working the window was extremely professional and friendly. Other establishments could learn from her. ?
Didappointing [email protected] wasn't good, none of the usual "Chick-fil-A" greeting and my order was completely wrong , except it was supposed to be a salad. I didn't order a salad with eggs or bacon (cob salad) because I don't eat either. Restaurant was too far to go back and have it replaced.
The cobb salad was delicious. And ... plenty of food. The strawberry milkshake is fantastic ... I would like to have one daily ... but I won't. Our hostess was so congenial ... what a pleasure to chat with. The whole experience was marvelous.
Food was delicious as one would expect from Chick-fil-A; however, service was so slow. 20 minutes for drive thru. Wasn't terrible but definitely room to improve.
The staff in front were great. Friendly and going way and hunting me down in the restaurant to give me my to-go order. The chicken was a bit over cooked and the bathroom filthy with some stalls having no toilet paper.
Other companies have a lesson to learn from in America. The management team seeks to diversity and its commendable. The crew of young people a of Grade A Quality. They challenge and help me to check my personal customer service skills.
Ordered two salads and nuggets from there. Didn't realize until we got home that they only gave us one salad instead of two and forgot our fries. So instead of sitting down to eat we had to leave the house and drive back to get the salad they didn't give us. Asked if they would throw in some extra nuggets or do something for the trouble due to their mistake and was told no. Then they actually forgot our fries again, but told them before we left. I was pretty surprised by that given it was a pretty big inconvenience of having to go there twice. So they are getting a 1 star due to customer service.
This location always messes up my order causing me to have to go inside or go back through the drive thru. So annoying. Says they close at 10 on Saturday night, I place my online order and go to pick it up at 9:15 and they’re shutting down the drive thru & locking the doors inside. I hate this location.
