Spicy chicken strips
I order food for myself and pick up as a third-party. They closed down the third-party pick up and mobile app after 6 PM which is prime time. They just made the line twice as long and they just made third-party pick up impossible. 30 minute wait at Chick-fil-A is just stupid. The line is all the way to the intersection on WT Harris. Previously had this place as 4 stars
We visited here yesterday for dinner for four people. Purchase was three kids meal and chicken a chicken dinner. Food good. Went Thur drive thru which was reasonable timing. Customer service was prompt and accurate. Order came to $27.00. workers was clean and presentable.
I have to say this is one of the worst Chickfila locations as far as layout goes! Regardless of how fast and efficient they work, the line will always back up into the street and it’s just a huge inconvenience and creates unnecessary traffic on the road. Will definitely recommend against visiting this location due to high volume of traffic!
Mr. Heith gave us some of the greatest customer service i could ask for. Never have i seen someone so on point and focused when doing work. I worked in a Chick-fil-A before and i know how stressful it can be. So it was a pleasure to see such a young man bust his tail to deliver quality service.Thank you Heith,And thank you cfa
Dropping my 5 stars to 3, because of today.Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and one medium fries. Got my order and the fries were missing. So I had to turn around to go back after I went 2 miles down the road to go back and had to go into the restaurant and ask them about the missing fries. They said maybe the fries were replaced with something else. That was not the case. Just missing fries. I had asked them for 4 sauces, and there were only 2 sauces. Not the best experience.
the mgr packed my bag instead of Aaron giving me the sauces that I requested on the app, he thru a ton of Chick-fil-A sauce in my bag. Mind you I ordered 5 sandwiches and 4 fries. Well guest what I am allergic to Chick-fil-A Sauce! Instead of just providing the minimum customer service he chose to be a jerk.
Cleanest Chic fil a I have found in the area. Also employees are kind and efficient ordering at this location. I'm overall pleased and will continue to come to this location at every opportunity.
Chick-fil-A is already known for outstanding customer service and always delicious food. This location met all of my expectations as every location always does.
Don't let the line deter you. They have their act together and the wait is nominal. Food is always hot and fresh.
