The worst customer service. I ordered a “meal”. At the window I was told I was charged for a burrito and orange juice. I was told if I wanted the hash browns it would be extra. Chick-fil-A you messed up why didn’t you just give me the hash browns ??? The line was long and I didn’t want to hold people up. So I didn’t complain. Once again…Chick-fil-A at Davis Lake….get it together !!! ?
This is the first time I've ever gotten sub par service from a chick fil a. The young girl standing at the menu sign was completely disinterested in her job. She wasn't paying attention and then was rude.
I love this chic fil a! I live close by so it's my go-to restaurant. I want to give a special shout out to Nya or Nia...not sure how to spell her name but she is amazing. On several occasions while picking up food there she noticed I was pregnant and made sure that I was safe holding and driving with my coffee and being super friendly and concerned with my well being. She definitely steps it up on her customer service. I have never had someone make sure I was safe pulling off with my hot food. Please give this young lady her kudos! She is one of the main reasons I love going through the drive thru.
Seriously the fastest business ever! Never have to wait long in the drive-thru line. They're also so polite. Plus our food order is always correct!
Went to grab a salad on my lunch break. To my surprise when I get all the way back to my job. I open my salad to see there is a ladybug inside.Went back for a new salad and didn’t get an apology or anything else! Just remade my salad and I left.
The food here is always great and the employees are friendly. I hate that I can't use my mobile app for carry out orders before I arrive at the store. I can't pre-order unless I want to wait in the 12 car line (no exaggeration) because they only allow drive through pickup orders on most days. Very few, they will allow carry out mobile orders but that may be 1 out of 5 weekdays if that. I thought the purpose of the app was for easy pickups that are ready when you arrive.
I placed an online order for pick-up, and was unsure how to retrieve it once I got to the store. When I went inside a manager by the name of Bertha was extremely rude and snappy with me. She was very unfriendly and had a terrible attitude. I would recommend she be retrained in Customer Service
Always full, if you you get decent quality food it’s great. But they’ll make you wait for it! Definitely needs more hands on deck when slammed. Overall the cooks need to be aware that even though full capacity drive threw the quality of food needs to be the same consistently. Again over all decent when not thoroughly full.
Lovvvvvveeeeee.........always good & food is always perfect. Customer service is AmaZing. Also, one time I went and they forgot a sandwich to my order and I called to let them know I would come back, spoke with Stephanie and she was really great about it, also included a complimentary waffle fry. I always go to this location and will continue to do so.
I absolutely can not stand this Chickfila. How is it that I got a burnt sandwich? I tried calling once I got to work and saw the sandwich, but the call said that my call was forwarded to voicemail. This sandwich went right in the trash at work! I will be calling back to see if I can get a redo! Really! A burnt mcmuffin bread! Also, the customer service for this Chickfila has gone down hill. I had problems during my last visit.
