The worse chick Fil a ever. They left out half my order which was a 4 person order for my work place and when I told them I am unable to come back due to the fact that I am already back on my jobs premises and I can not leave. He told me they can’t do anything and hung up on me. They had an awful attitude when calling out names for pick up orders. Getting annoyed and impatient. Instead of being impatient. Make sure the customers order is right. They could have handled this differently. Or just done their job
Chicken doesn't feel like fresh and food is cold, it tasted like frozen food . Surprised to see this in Chick Fill-A. On top of that tenders are burnt. First worst experience with Chick Fill-A. Will try to avoid this location
I have never been to Chic Fil A and had a grilled Market salad with mold in it. This was a first. I was visiting from out of town and I will never go back
This location has really slipped. I know CHICK FIL A's are always busy but others have longer lines than this location and they still do a great job with really great service. This one is rough. Like no one cares anymore kinda rough. Probably under bad management now. Expect extremely long wait times and no engagement if you order through the app and try to pick up inside.
I am very disappointed in Chick FIL a I ordered two sandwiches and only got 1 and have been trying to call the store and it has busy for an hour and no one will help me I will never order from the company again this was my first and my last if you do business like this I really feel sorry for you.
I’ll never go to this place again! They make the Chick-fil-a brand look bad! First time lady swiped my card under the wrong order and claim she refunded it, only a day later to realize it never was and I was charged for 2 orders. Now tonigh I’m sitting in the damn drive through for 45 minutes (the slowest Chick Fil A in the city) I get to the mic to finally order for a girl to tell me they are now closed. Well yeah your closed if your that slow and got people in line for ever cause I was clearly their before closing and she said her manager said to say it so we see how this place is ran! Never again!
Always good food. As a chick Fil a worker I understand what the wait is about and some of us try our best to give food out as quickly as possible. Even though the line was sorta long it’s very understandable. But The food was very hot for me and the spicy sandwich is always delightful.
The worst Chick-fil-A food I have ever bought. I spent $11 on a 12 piece chicken nuggets meal. The waffle fries were soggy and full of grease. The nuggets were hard and cold. I couldn't eat it. I just wasted my money. Absolutely disgusting!
This Chick-fil-A absolutely needs some help. It does not maintain the standard of customer service that Chick-fil-A is usually known for. Usually the scanner is broken we attempt to scan the apps, and also the customer service is nothing like some of the other ones. Definitely not the standard that we are accustomed to with this restaurant chain
Chic FIL A has been one of the most responsible employers, service providers, during the 21st century pandemic. I implore them to keep it up and I would like to thank the dedicated team members for their amazing kindness.
