Super disappointed with this location. Love chick fil a. Stood in line for a very long time. That was ok. Finally get to order! Now go stand in line to wait for food. I wait and wait. Everyone around both before and after gets their food. I ask about order 3167. No recognition that my order still isn't up. Wait a while longer more people get their order. I ask again still no recognition my order is missing or they are going to get it for me. Ask a third time. Still nothing from employee or manager. I finally gave up and set my drink and condiments on counter and told them I can wait any longer. Nothing no sorry, no we are working on your order NOTHING!
Two people behind the counter and there are Atleast 50 people in the line. Should I say worst store management for having only two resources??Chick fil A is my fav sandwich place, hope the the franchise take action on this branch. I feel very unhappy with service, they should be quick as it is located in airport.
As much as I enjoy the Chick Fil A chain the location in the CLT airport does not have their act together.Their menu was not working when I recently visited them and they were serving a severely limited menu so ordering breakfast was a complete guess and gamble.They were kind but it was certainly not the Chick Fil A experience I’ve come to expect.
It's chick-fil-A so the food was good. BUT, they had a group of immature cashiers taking orders ( laughing and playing) while the line was wrapped around the corner.Update: because of this they messed up my order, gave me the right order and a cookie. Can't beat that lol
Terrible. This is a Chick-fil-A in name only. The people who work here are not CfA employees, and they’re all awful. They don’t care about the food, they don’t care about the experience, and they definitely don’t care about you as a customer. Avoid this and find a real Chick-fil-A.
The food was good and when I finally got to the register everyone was very nice. But the line was SO long. And there were several employees just chatting standing around. I got in line at 12:47 and didn’t get my food until 1:17.
We recently visited this location and this was the worst Chick-fil-A experience we've had. The line moved very slowly; it took nearly 30 minutes to get to the counter and order our food. Once we placed our order, it was pulled from what appeared to be a corral of pre-made sandwiches. The sandwiches were poor quality and not what we were used to from Chick-fil-A. The fries were meh. Prices were higher, due to it being at an airport. No knocks for that, I guess, as I suspect the lease space is expensive at an airport. Last, both my wife and I had...gastrointestinal distress later that night. I can't say for sure it was the food, but this is the only food that we shared that day. Regardless, I will not eat at this location again.
An older white woman was helping me and she was extremely rude and didn’t even say hello to me when I walked up to the counter, she didn’t say you’re welcome have a good day and she just really seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. My fries were also not all the way cooked and we’re cold so the only thing I got to eat during my lay over after a 4 hours flight was nuggets. Try hiring people who actually work to the Chick-fil-A standard and maybe cook your food a little better instead of trying to get through as many customers as possible.
