Use 2 b my fav location but ill drive 2 eWoodlawn or Arboretum going 4ward(both 10m future out) Lines are expected, b4 the pandemic they was the fastest but not anymore. No point in mobile ordering if you still have to wait in line, defeats the purpose of placing ahead. Do better!5.27 nothin changed, management need to get better training involved here, be prepared to wait 15 minutes regardless with or without lines
I love the service, but the drive through being the only option for food pickup is disappointing. If there was a carry out option it would be awesome! I know space is limited here. Too bad the Bojangles property is not up for sale to increase your traffic options! I am the 11th car in line on Randolph road and we still have to turn into the lot. We have already been waiting in this same spot for about 8 minutes without moving. But alas, we like Chic fil a and the values they support, so here I sit, waiting, trying to keep a smile.
We visit this chick fil a ay least once a month and we appreciate the consistency of made fresh food and quality service, even when they are training new staff. Only downside is that traffic can get backed up suring busy hours but they always get you through quickly so it's a minor issue to the area in general.
I Love CFA, however I ordered the chicken noodle soup, one of my favorites n it was a SPICY!!! I took the soup back, n asked if you guys were making original n SPICY? The staff in drive thru explained to whomever n I was offered another soup n I took the chicken noodle soup n "UNFORTUNATELY IT TASTED THE SAME. The soup had a RED label on it which I had never seen before. I still couldn't eat the soup n was SOOO very disappointed. I hope your ingredients haven't changed. I can't eat Spicy Foods due to "GOUT". I will try your David Cox location n Prsy it's not SPICY. Your Chicken Noodle Soup has always been the best, I hope that it remains the same!!
F you and your traffic jams, I truly hope nearby business somehow get y’all removed from this location. Can’t go to any nearby places because you block every entrance and exit. Or at least offer driving lessons to your customers
Let me start off by saying I am Chick-fil-A’s biggest fan and this doesn’t pertain to the food. This location needs a serious change. The drive-thru line is horrible. It takes forever just to get into the parking lot and to get your food. I can drive all the way to the arboretum and back and have my order before I can get through the line at Cotswold. I hope someone takes these reviews seriously and makes some changes because you are losing a lot of business over this.
I always like the food here. But, it's drive through only. Which is really difficult during rush hours. I don't usually post such a low score but this time it deserves it and I'm a Chick-fil-A fan. So that's saying a lot.
Oh boy! We love Chick Fil a but this location was a mess. After waiting in an unorganized and slow-moving drive thru line, my pregnant wife got out to use the bathroom and was denied because of “remodeling.” We waited through the whole line and arrived at the window and our food was not put together. All the employees had no idea what was going on or where our order was. After two name confirmations, they starting putting together our order. Unfortunately, it was completely wrong and we didn’t realize until after we pulled out of the parking lot... Overall, a rather unsatisfactory experience.
Customer service was Amazing!!! My food was super? fresh!! I was so satisfied with my order that I was singing? while I ate? Happy Food?
Uh Oh! My wife found her new favorite sandwich at Chick Fil A! It is the spicy chicken and she orders it with tomatoes and pickles. (no lettuce for her) I have two favorites: the original chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I usually get both. We also love the tea and the sugar free lemonade beverage. We really miss the cole slaw they used to serve some years ago. The salads are great, too.
