Great staffing, smiling and conscientious about nearly everything- EXCEPT order. Grilled order means grilled delivery of item. Hello!!!!! Some people have celiac and cannot eat gluten or soy!! We order grilled for a reason. Then get it home and no grilled. So a family member gets to go without. Second time within a week. First gluten free bun on a breaded chicken sandwich.Disgusted.
Whoever the young man was working the drive thru tonight at close - THANK YOU!! You had the most positive and friendly customer service and he went above and beyond to help us get our order even though we were so late. Thank you so so much. i wish we had gotten your name! This Chic fil a rocks!
Unfortunately I have to give an unusual review for Chik-fil-A. This location only had walk up and drive thru services with no dining room. There was a 3 person line for the only window open to walk up customers and it was still a painfully slow process. The employee taking orders seemed new and completely unsure of what she was doing.
They completely tore down and rebuilt this location to fix the circulation problems and somehow they have only made it worse. The signage is confusing and poorly located. The sign says “mobile orders right lane only, but it does not specify that the right lane is ONLY for mobile orders. Also the signs are placed too far into the parking lot that you will already be trapped in the gridlock and unable to change lanes by the time you can read the signs. Frustrating all around.
Chicken sandwich was fine, but my 12 count nuggets were all tiny and overcooked/dry. That part of my meal was a dissapointment.
I’m at your location right now and after spending $60 dollars and having my order incomplete, your staff refused to give me my missing strips and nuggets. I am lodging a complaint with your corporate office right now and will follow up with my attorney regarding a slander and discrimination lawsuit for the inconvenience and embarrassment and being falsely accused of having “done that before.”
The young lady that took my order, gave a sigh when I told her I had two separate orders, I'm not used to this coming from Chick-fil-A employees.My spicy strips were barely warm, the mac and cheese was ok but still not good enough for me to finish it off.
As much as I love chick fil a, they forgot to put not one, not two, but ALL of my sauces in and based on the other reviews they don’t seem to care about their customers ever since covid happened. What happened to you chick fil a? You used to be cool.
I am a Chick-Fil-A fan but they have made a mistake with the new building. They tore down previous building to only build a new restaurant that does not offer dine-in seating! CFA usually has high standards but they have dropped the ball on this one! Disappointed!Edit: They do offer limited outdoor seating but nothing indoors. Not ideal for a family or functional during cold/wet weather.
I’ve had terrible, terrible customer service the last 2 times at this location. BUT it’s one of the only Chick-fil-As in Charlotte that can get you your order in a timely manner.
